Pizzaissimo

It's been a few months since I had pizza and wanted to try Pizzaissmo again. I was not disappointed! Carry out this time. Just olives and onions. Loved that I was asked red or white was onions! Came a little earlier as it was in the oven when I arrived. Upon bring it home, everything was amazing! The smell, texture, sauce and toppings! Love a good pizza! You cannot beat a great pizza at this cost. Wonderful job guys, AGAIN!

It's a "pizza" place not a go to Italian restaurant. Simple decor some tables and small cooler with some soda and water. Their lunch special is a bargain with an 8 inch pizza with one topping and a drink. The pizza was done great with thin crust and ample toppings. If you're looking for first date ambience this ain't it but good pizza this is the place.

I randomly had a taste for pizza and this was the first place that popped up. It's about 8 minutes away from where I live so I said why not? I approached the restaurant and saw that they have a lunch special for $7.75. That's a deal. Personal pizza, one topping, and a drink. Can't beat that at all. I, however, got a personal pizza but got 4 toppings. Grilled chicken, pineapple, jalapeños, and bacon. After I ordered, it took about 8 minutes for it to be ready. I dined in, they bring it to you. Two men were working. Very nice men and helpful. It was a quiet restaurant and very pleasant. This will definitely be my go to pizza place for here on out.

Great little pizza joint and good staff. We came in near closing and still served us up and no issue whatsoever. Pizza was fresh and really flavorful. When in town visit Pizzaissimo....

Found this slice of deliciousness when my boyfriend and I were debating on who has the best pizza in Brandon, Florida. We were both craving a thin crust, well done, simple pepperoni, cheese & jalapeño pizza. Portnoy's reviews sparked our debate & this is why we found this great place. We have ordered from Pizzaissimo twice and the second time I ordered on-line. It was refreshing to see a well done or crispy option. It's always pleasant to taste a char on the bottom of your crust that isn't the taste of burnt bread. Two guys were working the typical pizza joint and they were both friendly. The young man working the counter was kind and honest when I asked several questions about recommendations. The location seemed to be doing a great deal of phone and on-line orders. They have several tables, but have only seen a couple people in the restaurant the two times we've picked up our order. This would be the perfect place to grab dinner after any sports event or lunch with some friends. Parking is not a concern, it's located in a strip plaza that shares spaces with Publix. Prices are reasonable and average for quality pizza, recommend this place, it won't disappoint!

I went off the beaten path and tried the hot n Honey pizza. The combination of the jalapeños and honey was a combination that is surprisingly good and is one of the most unique pizzas I have ever had. I absolutely loved it. Once again the consistency of the crust was amazing. Top notch. I think I am going to be a regular.

It took 2 years to find a good NY style pizza. This place is always consistent, always delicious. It actually rivals some of our faves from upstate NY. So glad to have a great pizza place nearly. Highly recommend!

We are pizza snobs from NY and we just had the best white pizza we have had anywhere. This is a place we will be coming back to and recommending to anyone who is asking where to get good pizza. Sorry, great pizza! Crust was crispy and tasty, cheese on top was very very tasty and it had a hint of garlic. Come here and find out how good this place is!!

Great pizza place. Garlic knots were great. Don't let the grocery store beside you keep you from going.

The pizza is good, no doubt about it. However, I dined in this afternoon and an older guy that was working felt compelled to talk about someone that had a lazy eye, and called them retarded. I'm shocked that a pizza maker in his 40s or 50s would feel compelled to make fun of a medical condition. Especially in front of customers.. I myself have a lazy eye. Needless to say I won't be back. I have never left a bad review anywhere. Usually a big supporter of small business. Very sad.
