Open Since April 2021, Piper's Scratch Pizza Shop is an amazing local favorite and a must try for quality, freshness and a great vibe. A variety of pizzas, subs, salads, and YES the Garlic Knots keep us coming back. The Twisted Margherita pizza is our go to, but we switch it up and try new each time. Made FRESH On-Site and with local ingredients are the meatballs, pizza dough, sauces, cannolis, balsamic dressing and key ingredients such as hot honey (The Honey Couple is sold here) and vegetables fresh from Keystone area. On-line ordering or stop in to eat inside or take out. House of Beer next door welcomes you to hang while you wait on pizza. Charlie's Italian ice is sold here as owners help support many local businesses. No alcohol sold, but Piper's has teamed with House of Beer and you can bring beer to Piper's or House of Beer welcomes Pipers customers to bring in your pizza. Josh and Gary, the ultimate pizza pie makers, gave us a personal pizza spinning demonstration's and talked us through the art of fresh calzone making. The combo of cheezes in their calzones is a winner. They are so proud to tell you how they maintain quality and keep their pizzas interesting. Smiling Jenny, owner and expert order taker, picked out fresh desserts and a surprise sub to take home. Cannolis a must. Love this pizza joint.

Holy cow just received our pizzas and Strombolis by delivery. This is fantastic. Great crust , fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. I'm a Chicago guy that loves all different types of pizza and after one try I can tell this place is special. I will be breaking my diet for this place! sorry doc it's worth it.

Some of the Best pizza in the bay. I drive 25 mins out of the way on pizza night to come here you can't miss. The barbecue chicken and the pipers pepperoni. The service is the kindest sweetest people in the world too buy them an air conditioning unit!

The most delicious pizza I have found in florida ! The flavors are amazing , I almost didn't order because of the price point but I am glad I took the leap it was worth the price ! We had the pepperoni and hot honey pizza and also the twisted margherita! I can't even put into words how delicious you have to try it yourself ! We can not wait to go down the list and try them all !

Food was amazing. Ordered a pizza half piper roni and half four horseman. The pizza was excellent. Great flavor and magnificent crust. Also order a Stromboli with pepperoni, sausage and ham, oh so good. Yes, we got some meatballs which were big and flavorful. The service was great and the folks were nice. The place is small but I felt very much at ease. My only complaint is that am just visiting the area so a long, long trip for me. If you live in the area and have not tried this place you are missing out. I will be going back the next time I come back this way.
