I love everything about this place, and I'm so glad they moved to Grand Central! The food is excellent and the staff is just wonderful. I love the ambiance. I highly recommend them!

I first have to absolutely tell you that I'm 100% biased. I love the original Pin Wok Bowl restaurant in St. Petersburg. I know this restaurant is run by the same group. There's no way I could hate this restaurant. This new restaurant has a surprisingly different menu. They have a really cool lunch special that allows you to choose many small dishes -- A really nice concept. I ordered everything from sushi to sashimi, eggrolls to appetizers, and even noodles to salads. A very big selection. My wife joined me for lunch so that opened up the possibilities to even more. The bad news... We went two days after a major hurricane in the area. I really think that affected the service. We got a seat pretty quickly, but after that it was downhill for service. Definitely not a quick lunch spot if that's what you're looking for... or at least not post hurricane. The food was good as I would expect... BUT some dishes were hot, some a little warm, and some were just darn cold. I'll definitely have to give this restaurant another shot when mother nature's wrath isn't affecting the service.

Yum!! Yet another delicious takeout meal from Pin on Cafe! We enjoyed the Thai fried rice, yaki udon and tiger eyes roll. The new location looks really nice and can't wait to eat there in person soon!

Delicious Asian Fusion! We sat outside on the sidewalk. I got the Kee Mao Ramen Noodle medium spicy. The noodles are dry, but they soak up so much flavor. I love all of the vegetables on it. We got dessert too. The Thai Tea cheesecake and the mango cake. Between the two, the mango cake was more delicious! I love the mango jelly or purée that was on top.

My daughter picked this restaurant for her birthday. We ordered a smattering of different dishes from sushi stacks to onigiri fried rice duck noodle soup and Boba.. everything was really good. My only criticism was the duck noodle soup broth. Could've probably used a little bit more seasoning. Otherwise I definitely want to go back and try some more dishes. It's not a huge place inside but plenty of seating and great staff and service.

Well, we really wanted to like it, but sadly they fell a little short. The menu is vast, and covers a lot of ground- so lots of people can find stuff they like, and I think the size of the menu impacts the quality of the dishes. We had the Ahi tuna appetizer, which was best described as not very inspiring. Sauce was bland, but the presentation was beautiful. The Tom kha soup was the winner of the night/ with a flavorful broth that was packed full of ingredients. This dish I recommend. Tried the Big Hut Sushi Stack, and this is another one that was tasty and constructed nicely. The cucumbers were sliced too large to eat with the rest of the dish, and the onions were way overpowering. I would rate this a 4 out of 5. Good quality ingredients, but just missing a little. For sushi, they only have Tuna, Salmon and Eel served as sashimi or in rolls; interestingly, they do not serve any nigiri, so this really isn't a sushi restaurant. Fried rice was a large portion that was good, but not great. Thai iced tea was also nice and enjoyable. They are close, perhaps if they shrank the menu, they would be able to make some memorable dishes

No frills Asian spot within walking distance of the Trop. Edamame was steamed & plentiful, Pad Thai was good, tho a tad on the sweeter side. Portions & prices fair.

4.5 starsNice little restaurant that serves thai-ish food. The inside is small-ish so when we got there (3pm on a saturday) they were full inside and we got seated outside. But once the inside cleared up they offered us the option to move indoors. The decor and ambiance/setting is mid but honestly that kinda seems like a mark of authenticity in ethnic restaurants if you know what I mean. I got the Thai Basil rice bowl with tofu ($15?? i dont remember) and 4 onigiri (2 for $7). For the onigiri we got the tuna and avocado, salmon and avocado, seaweed salad and edamame, and spicy krab. The onigiri were delicious, the rice was well seasoned and there was a decent amount of filling. Perhaps it could do with more filling since the entire first bite was mostly rice. The thai basil rice was yummy, good flavor and good portion, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Kind of wish there was more sauce though. The veggies and tofu were cooked into the sauce but there wasn't a whole lot of extra sauce for me to mix into the rice. The tofu was a good texture. My gf got the kee mao ramen and it definitely had quite a kick to it so be warned but the flavor was very good. All in all, the food was quite flavorful and yummy and not for a bad price either. The staff was very nice and it was an overall pleasant experience.

First visit as a local. Cute place with seating out doors on a corner where the Edge district is hopping now. Good Thai favorites large portions. Great prices. Service was prompt and attentive. We had Pang Yang Curry, Phad Thai, Spring Rolls. Food was fresh and cooked to order.
