This newly opened restaurant and bar should be a regular local choice. We were there on NYE and it was understaffed and a bit chaotic.Given that, the food was really fresh and flavorful. I had Chilean Sea Bass on risotto with asparagus and mushrooms, yummy! After our meal we stepped out to the large back patio bar and enjoyed dancing to the DJ music.

Went for Brunch and very yummy. The Chicken & Waffles were nice and crispy although my husband did say he thought the batter needed a hint more seasoning. Still very good. Went back for dinner a few weeks later. My seafood pasta was tasty and my husband's burger was fantastic. Loved the bone marrow mayo. Very creative and delicious cocktails too.

Ordered the Just Peachy as my opening drink. Ordered the dozen oyster and the ahi tuna crude as appetizers. Along with the bone marrow French Onion Soup. One of my companions went with lobster bisque and the other the French Onion. For entree I went with the Pan Roasted Chilean Bass. One of my companions went with Bass and the other Prime Rib special. Haley was our server and she was amazing. She gave amazing recommendations which we tried as you can read. I would say her recommendations were honest and she steered us to excellent choices. The oysters though small were tasty and not overpowering. A very refreshing taste. The tuna was also fresh and tasty like those you would find in a high end sushi restaurant. The capers gave and addd taste the enhanced the taste. The atmosphere was nice the crowd was vocal but did not drown out our conversation. The French Onion sour was so good you could taste the bone marrow which did not overpower the soup. The sea bass was exquisite. We were so enamored with it. You have to try. For those that don't like seafood get the prime. You can't do better. They get the coveted 5 stars

Scott was an excellent bartender! Happy hour is great here, best one I have found in the Tarpon area. Food looked delicious but didn't have any, just stopped in for some drinks before meeting with family. Will definitely be back when we are down there again!

The food is outstanding! Fresh, flavorful, an amazing variety to choose from for lunch and dinner (yes, I've been twice already!) The staff is friendly, accommodating and service is prompt and professional. The new owners have done a great job giving the venue a facelift - the ambiance is fantastic. We sat inside for dinner and outside for lunch. Both settings were thoroughly enjoyable. Super exciting to have another phenomenal place to frequent in Tarpon Springs!Kid Friendly Comfortable Atmosphere Incredible Ambiance Delicious Food Amazing Service

This restaurant is absolutely worth it. They have live music on the weekends, happy hour specials, hand crafted cocktails, and an amazing menu. While you might think these meals are priced high... I must say it's worth the price. You have to go to Tampa or Orlando for the quality of the food. If you're in the area, def check them out. Say hi to Ed for us :)

I really wanted to like this place more than I did. Overall it felt like an upscale dive bar to me, which in itself isn't bad. You can go there to have a drink and listen to the band if that's what you enjoy. The food is average at best and for that it's overpriced. The decor is bare. There are more cozy and/or upscale places in the area that are considerably less expensive and serve better food. Service was good. Kudos for staying up later than many restaurants around here, which would be the only reason I would return. And only for a drink or two.

This place should have been packed...we were very pleased with everything put in front of us for a girls' night dinner! We shared a couple of appetizers and tried some of their signature cocktails to start. The margarita was beautiful and delicious, and the mule was fresh and tangy. First up was the calamari which was still sizzling when our sweet server set it down- fried peppers mixed in with the tender fried squid! Amazing Brussel sprouts with the perfect blend of crunch and tenderness, sweet and tart from the balsamic and a bite of bitters from the crispy fried edges- so good! I had the house salad with shrimp added- sweet and savory- topped with the lemon vinaigrette, cranberries, and beets paired with goat cheese, pecans, and arugula. I also had their very delicious bone broth French onion crock. Friends enjoyed the bisque, carpaccio, and tuna dishes (I'm not a fan of raw food, so I can only say that they were very happy with their dishes!). The building has been a mainstay in Tarpon Springs for decades- the Pilot House is a new addition to the space. Try it out- you won't be disappointed!

We were there not at a busy time and the service was slow/ fair.Four of us ordered different dishes and again, only fair quality. The lobster bisque was flavorful, BUT had little bits of imitation crab and NOT lobster like they said. Cocktails were delicious. Ambiance was nice with a sweet lounge area at the bar.
