This is a great mall find! The beef meatball pho had a wonderful broth and fresh herbs. The shrimp spring rolls and pork egg rolls were all good. The dipping sauces were good but slightly sweet to me.

Yes, we all know the Eagle Ridge mall is dead, but this shop is wonderful. I absolutely love this place, and I'm so happy I decided to give it a try. The prices have gone up since the older reviews, but not outrageously, just reasonable for the times. The pho is amazing and the woman who made it for me knew I was taking it home so she separated the toppings and meat from the soup to keep everything fresh. She went over and above to make sure it was packaged nicely for me. The pictures of the food were after I got home and put in my own bowls.

You know that saying "(small town) 10 is a (big city) 5"? Well while I was traveling back from my business trip, I decided to check this place out. The mall is quite sad. But this restaurant Had high reviews and I cynically thought the reviews were a bit generous. But the curiosity got me and I decided to get a bahn mi. It. Was. Great. If I lived a little closer to this place, I would happily go there on a weekly basis. I hidden gem.

Inside of a quiet lonely mall, a special gem! The lady manager is so nice and takes pride of her food! An artist when putting the pho together. Prices are great to compared to other local places you can get pho. Definitely recommend and I will be back to try more! Her egg rolls are her specialty which I know I won't be able to eat right now. Great after shopping or just to stop in! UPDATE: COLD night, good night for soup, Oops, I mean, Pho! Just as god as good as the first time! This time I added an egg roll. It was crunchy & delicious.

My sister and I had never had bubble tea before, we walked across their shop and noticed they were selling bubble tea, we walked up and were nicely greeted by the lady at the cashier. Long story short their bubble tea is amazing! Their really nice and I will definitely go back for more bubble tea.

Great Pho! Eat here a couple of times a month. Owner and staff are friendly and positive. Order in advance as they make everything fresh and have very little walk up ready.

The pho broth was delicious and that's where the 3 stars come in. But unfortunately the smoothies were disgusting and I eventually threw mine out. Pretty expensive for mediocre food. Also the "large" wasn't large enough and they don't fill it up to the top. Pretty disappointed on everything expect the pho broth. That was its saving grace but I won't return. The sizes for price and quality aren't up to standard.

I was in town for a meeting and decided that this place looked interesting, although I was skeptical about the fact it is located in a mall's food court. I was pleasantly surprised to find a friendly family-run establishment. The menu is not extensive but they took great care when assembling my pho. She explained how the broth was created every day and how they only used fresh vegetables. Each dish was customized to our liking.This was a good meal for a reasonable price. Lots of noodles in the pho and a moderate amount of protein. My only complaint is that the beef meatballs taste like a cheap grocery store meatball.I think I'll try something with more vegetables the next time I visit. And there will be a next time!

The new workers are slow and just god awful nasty hair was down no gloves, just was overall not a pleasant experience. Also watched one of them pick their nose without gloves.

We are new to the area and started to establish some good eats places. My wife is very particular about her Pho because she prefers the genuine beef broth from the bone. This place is the real deal. Everything's prepared fresh and they are proud of the quality they serve. A little out of the way in the mall food court, but definitely worth the trip. Two thumbs up!!
