Authentic pho here. They include tripe in the combo pho. Summer rolls are also on point. This little hideaway hole in a wall is nestled between an Italian Indian and Asian fusion restaurant

I have been coming here for a few years now, since first moving to Spring Hill and now living in Holiday. Every time, without fail, the service has been excellent, the food has been served promptly, everything has been delicious.I have never walked away unsatisfied. I am a little further away from our little Viet town in Pinellas Park so this is perfect for me. It's always peaceful and clean at Pho Saigon and I wish them continued success.

Had to leave another *updated* review. Ever since we discovered this place about a year ago we come at least 2-3 times a month. It ALWAYS hits the spot! this place a true hidden gem. Old family recipes?? I don't know, but it's dang delicious. I got my usual Pho with round steak, my husband got a noodle bowl and we also shared the fresh spring rolls. EVERYTHING is always on point and absolutely delicious. Service is friendly and fast per usual! Restaurant is always clean, tables stocked with sauces, chopsticks, napkins you name it. This is always our go to place! We love it.

Great Pho. Excellent depth of flavor in the broth. Our go to Pho Restaurant in West Pasco County.

Website is outdated and the they did not honor the price advertised! Waisted my time.

Food, especially the pho and good eggrolls and friendly efficient service. Wish we had this place in Michigan!

Pho was less than average and very salty. Bun was less than average. The grilled pork in the Bun had no flavor. Disappointed based on reviews. No peanut sauce with the spring rolls, just hoisin. Not for us, much better Vietnamese restaurants in area.

The location of this restaurant is tragic because you wouldn't know it was here unless you were looking for it. But the food was 100/10 - felt just like home. Usually I look for a viet place that's 3.5 stars because that's when you know the food is good, but the food here is *chef's kiss*. The food came out in 5 mins and they just give it to you and leave you alone - my favorite. The woman taking my order was really sweet - reminds me of auI ordered a viet coffee and pho with brisket. The coffee was strong and not too sweet; the pho has great meat to noodle ratio. The broth was really flavorful the noodles are just the right soft texture. I don't typically get dessert, but I wanted to try the Che ba mau and it was sooo good

I love this restaurant! They have fantastic food, friendly and efficient service and I love the atmosphere there. They are always playing Vietnamese music and that just makes it so much better!! If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend Pho Saigon!! I have never had anything that wasn't delicious there. Best Asian restaurant I've been to in the entire State of Florida. This is a big deal. I'm from Seattle originally and the restaurants there are amazing so I have really high expectations of Asian cuisine. This place ticks every box. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!
