Yummy Lunch in #tampa Thank you Ciji #domesticgoddess for the recommendation. #petramiddleeasterncuisine serves fresh and delicious made to order authentic Middle Eastern Cuisine. Nice indoor and outdoor eating spaces. Standouts for me were the babbaganoush, super crispy falafel and the hummus. And I love that they give you lots of grilled pita to mop up all the saucy goodness.

Ordered through Grub hub during my visit to the area. Let me tell you ! That Hummus! The best I've ever had! The cucumber salad! So fresh ! Every part of this meal was so good. !

I love this place shawarma'ch. This is my new go to when I'm craving middle eastern.Their spot on Kennedy Blvd is a bit hidden in the back of a shopping plaza, but once your past the space really opens up into this vibey chill garden. The food is chef's kiss. First, you get complimentary pita and spicy olive oil, which instantly shoots this up to high stars. Then Chicken shawarma plate $17 and Kufta kebab sandwich $9 cemented this place with an immutable 5 stars.Service was quick and friendly, and the space was just half full on a Sat afternoon. All around absolutely great atmosphere and food, would definitely recommend.

I loved the outdoor part of this restaurant, it was beautiful. I came for the Ramadan buffet and it was amazing. They had lamb shoulder and some fresh salads and fresh hummus. The spread of food was really nice. I loved the music they were playing and the servers were kind. This place is a must to come and eat !

5 stars for some stellar food and great prices! Walking up to the restaurant you don't expect to see a nice patio out in the back and it's hard to find at first as it's tucked away on the side.We chose to sit outside, it was a large space playing music and videos. I love that they give free pita and dip to start. The sauce was a sesame spice, it definitely holds a kick if you get the right amount. The chicken shawarma platter is what we tried, $17. It comes with two sides, we got the basmati rice and tabbouleah (which is an upcharge of $3). I absolutely loved this dish and that garlic sauce is fire! Also tried the kufta Kebab sandwich, $9. It comes with hummus, tomatoes and red onion. It was a little small but the meat inside made up for the portion.Service was quick but they did take awhile to get the bill to us. Otherwise, a great first visit. I would definitely recommend this place!!

We love Petra. It's great for take-out or dining in. Their pita is the best in Tampa and my son is obsessed with it. I could be content with their Pita and Hummus for quite some time. They have a large private patio in the back which manages to feel worlds away from busy and functional Kennedy Blvd out front.When dining in, you can order a pot of delicious hot tea which I though paired so well with their chicken dishes.

I had an ok experience here. I called my order in, the person on the phone was kind. I ordered a veggie platter, when my order was picked up the price was a little higher than what I saw online. Someone else went in the restaurant & picked up my order for me, for some reason when I got my food I didn't have anything to eat it with. No fork or anything. The falafel was good, I also enjoyed the Baba ghanoush.. I wish I would have gotten something different only because it really wasn't enough food. I was still hungry afterwards. I wish I had a picture but I was too hungry to take a picture.

Having married into a Lebanese family, I have had a lot of good Arabic/Mediterranean food. This place passes the test. Loved the ambiance of sitting outside (maybe less when it's hot in summer) with good food and for those that want, hookah. We made a reservation before and they saved us a table and put a reserved sign on it. The service was good and the mixed grill with kebabs was delicious (ask for extra garlic sauce it's the best!). The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the hummus but maybe it was just that batch because everything else was delicious. The outside new space is great and next time I want to try the mint lemon frozen drink. FYI this place doesn't have alcohol which may be helpful to know before. Wish it was at least a BYOB.

so yum!I stumbled into this place after opting out for overpriced shitty food in hyde park shopping area. This is the real deal, fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. Authentic taste and hospitality. Nice and clean restaurant, server was very friendly as well.

* Smallest parking lot *called 3 days before for reservations for NYE get here at 7 and guy tells us they closed at 6.Why didn't you tell us specific times Don't fucking say you're going to be open when you're not???? Drove all the way from Lakewood ranch to Tampa just for a kid to tell us hold on and never return. not professional not transparent at all
