I had no idea with small seafood market was here. I am so glad I found it. Wonderful selection of really fresh seafood, in excellent shape. The local species were fresh, no odor, the eyes were not flattened out or discolored... wonderful looking tasty fish. They also have fish that has to be flown in... swordfish, tuna and others. Cut up nicely, or filleted as appropriate. The grouper looked terrific... that will probably by my next purchase, gotta make some beer batter grouper sandwiches!I purchased a very nice swordfish steak (prices are reasonable!) and took it home, slathered it with butter and cajun seasoning.... and blackened it outdoors! And it was absolutely wonderful! The gentleman that waited on my spoke very little English... but that was not an issue. Very helpful just the same!Highly recommended small business to support!

Good seafood place. Very simple on the fresh seafood availability. Fresh catch of the day. They may not have a lot of choices. But they have good seafood. I did not see and stone crab. They have tuna lion, king fish, baby clam, and more. They also frozen seafood if you like them. I like their cook seafood and they are very good. They have cod fritters (fritura de bacalao) with breaded salty cod fish. 2 for one dollar. Very good deal and yummy.

This little family owned and run seafood shop has been open about 4 months (we were told). Pescaderia la Palma is in an unassuming strip mall next to Cacciatore Bros. market in Town and Country. The store has a great variety of fresh "wild caught" seafood, mostly from the US, from what I saw. There were whole red and yellow snapper, grouper, hake, cobia, fresh squid, and oysters just to name a few. The freezer case had a good variety of frozen seafood. Pescaderia la Palma also stocks canned items like squid in squid ink, squid in "American sauce" and tuna. This shop offers various take and go items as well. Limes were 4/$1 here! The staff were helpful and aimed to please. I like this locally owned business and would like to see it succeed.
