This is a great bar; good prices, friendly staff, cool ambience and a great range of drinks. If you want a local no frills bar to hang out in, this is your place!

I bought tickets to see one of my favorite artists preform live. It was life changing to the point I think I'm going to start traveling the world interviewing indie artist.The bartenders were phenomenal and quick given the amount of people that were present at the event. My bartenders recommended a drink to me which made me feel uber special ( hopefully she thought I was cute ).

Smoky, so smoky that you can smell it out side. Dark, but lit by black light. The bar however is good, the drinks are cheap, yet potent. A dive bar that is king of dive bars. It's one of those places that you go to and if you're a regular, they know you by name. Parking is.. well.. tight, but it's ok. I was there on this particular night for a concert offered by Goth's own VOLTAIRE, the man is a legend in some circles. He was opened by VampHelsing. THe music was horribly loud, I couldn't understand the words, but hey, what are you going to do, it's Gothmetal. So I endured. Ah the plight of the elder goth. For Voltaire, well that's what we all came for. The sound was perfect, he was engaging and I really hope he comes back as he said he would and make this a yearly thing. Gracious and engaging, warm and generous with his time, he sang a few songs never heard before and regaled us with a few stories of his time on the road. Yeah, this is what I came to the Pegasus for, even if it felt like I had to burn my clothing after wards due to the smoke.

Nice Bar. Clean and a real nice venue. My comment is to the owner. We were there late on Nov 26th. The bartender was spending an inordinate amount of time on the floor. She let the whole bar go dry before she did any serving. PLUS, she is over pouring like crazy. OMG. John Tapper would go ballistic. I'm just sayin'. We all watch Bar Rescue, so we know that giving away liquor is a fatal mistake. It's your bar, so if you're happy, I'm happy.

We went to the Pegasus Lounge for a psychobilly dance and had a great time! The DJ was spot on and the bartender was very attentive. Unfortunately I live in Pennsylvania so I won't be able to return this year but I definitely will when I get back to the Tampa Bay area in the future!

My #1 problem is security. Being told 2 different things by each security guard about re entry then having one get very rude and dismissive when having people try to renter. Yes you're a security guard No you can't try to intimidate paying customers for absolute no reason. On top of it no re entry but piss poor pat downs on "white men" who don't come off as a threat but if you have dreads are black tattoos you get patted down no hesitation. I think the best thing about this spot is the fact that it's the nicest stage setup I've seen in a dive bar. Beyond that not much else to say. I wouldn't say don't go but at the same time really weigh out your options before you decide to spend your money here because to me it seems the service provided is very poor all the way around.

poor quality stationary. kinda gross and icky. servers are rude , owners are rude , and security will talk down on you .

if i could give this place 0 stars i would fr do not come here if you're going to any underground show !! it's the worst venue ive been to by far with the WORST security ever. doors for the show were at 7 they didn't open until 8:30 and the line was taking forever to move even though there was probably 50-60 people in line. its an ALL AGES show as well keep this in mind. by the time we got to the front of the line we were very excited because we were waiting forever to get in and the security guard asks for our age and i'm over 18 but my friends weren't. so he turns to the side to speak to someone else who was working there and he turns back and says "yall need someone who's 21+ to get in" MIND YOU ITS AN ALL AGES SHOW!!!!!!!!??????? and ALSO barely ANYBODY there looked over 21 there were definitely a lot of minors there and they were able to get in just fine so what was the issue with us?? beats tf outta me. so we're scrambling in line trying to find someone who's 21 and over and at this point we missed like half the performers playing but we finally find someone and get in line with them. we get to the front of the line and AGAIN it's another issue. NOW my friends have to pay double the price to get in and makes the girl we're with that's 21 agree to watching over us for the rest of the night and if anything happens to us she's responsible like wtf !! she's just a random girl we found in line so we can get in we don't know her and she does not need to be responsible for us we're all very responsible on our own.. anyway she agrees finally and we get in. the other girls that was with her were MY AGE YET HAD TO ALSO PAY DOUBLE THE PRICE I DID TO GET IN!! literally crazy i'm never going here ever again i've been to small shows at other venues and the staff was never that rude and choosy. they STOOK TO WHAT WAS ADVERTISED AND OPENED DOORS ON TIME AND LET EVERYBODY IN ON TIME WITH NO ISSUES !!!!! take notes. fuck that fat ass security guard that was picking n choosing ur lame as hell for that.

They purposely raise prices on the weekend on all their drinks and food. Their "security'' will record you without permission. A lot of seeing drugs and usage both inside the bathrooms and outside in the parking lot. Always someone harassing people outside. People threatening to kill others right out front and owner did nothing about it.

Been coming here since I moved down 6 years ago, great atmosphere, amazing dancers, and the music is always on point.
