On a recent trip to Clearwater, I had a hankerin' for pizza. I searched my usual mapping program for nearby spots. This place is 4.6 stars there but only 4.2 stars on Yelp. I figured it was worth a shot. Glad I did! This place is fantastic. Our pizza was served hot from the oven. The toppings tasted fresh and flavorful. All around, one of the best pizza's I've had in Tampa Bay, in my opinion. Will definitely come back!

Just not my style of pizza. It was extremely tasty but very thin crust and cut into little squares.The service was amazing. The staff was super helpful in finding our large group a table. Most people will totally enjoy this place. I just like the Neapolitan style of pizza better

Ever since I moved to Florida from Chicago I have been looking for real Chicago style pizza. I have found places that advertise Chicago style pizza that is not Chicago style pizza! Finally, my search is over! Paul's Chicago Pizza has real Chicago style pizza.The stuffed pizza pictured is incredible. 1 piece is a meal. The stuffed pizza weighs in at 5 pounds! Unfortunately the St Petersburg location does not offer the stuffed pizza so I took the ride to Clearwater. Well worth it!

Pinellas County is full of lousy pizza joints and this one is on that list. If you think this is good pizza then I feel sorry for you because you have never experienced the joy of a wonderful pizza. Yes, I have eaten the most incredible pizza in both the US and Italy. Paul's represents among the worst of the worst pizza, period. I have no idea how this place stays in business.

I have been eating Paul's pizza for over 20 years. I think they have the best pizza around. it's like the pizza I grew up eating in the Midwest. the only thing I change when placing an order is to have cheese on first then my toppings on last as I like crispy pepperoni.

After all these years, Paul's Chicago is still a wonderfully executed Chicago thin crust pizza. My favorite are the corners. The crust is good, the cheese, sauce, etc. This place is very casual and has tv with spots on, & Chicago sport memorabilia everywhere. I'm not a sports fan, but I am a Chicago pizza fan. And this is it. It's hard to find, but I will come back here for sure.There's newer opened Chicago thin crust in Oldsmar whom had a location in Lincoln Park in Chicago, but this one is definitely better!When you walk in, you order at the register. They are very friendly and serve with a smile and bring your pizza to you.

We picked up dinner on 1/11/2025. We ordered cheese sticks which we had never gotten from Paul's. The cheese was basically nonexistent. They were all breading and very little cheese. We have always enjoyed the food at Paul's so the cheese sticks were very very disappointing!
