Paulo's Pizza

Fun people with a good pizza. Will eat it again. It will fill you up. A must try. Mmmmm

We were looking for a pizza place after 8:00pmMost places were closed so as we drove down the street we saw Paulo's was open.It was just my niece and I.We ordered mozzarella sticks and a medium cheese pizza. This place was awesome from the moment we ordered.All the guys behind the counter were so friendly and nice.My niece is 5 and will talk to anyone and once she gets going she doesn't stop. These guys were so good about it.One second we're ordering pizza and the next talking about American Girl dolls. The whole staff was so friendly Now onto the food! The mozzarella sticks were good and the pizza was delicious!!! I'm not much of a leftover person but we got back to the hotel and I ended up eating another slice and then the next day I heated up a slice in the microwave and it still tasted good!! I will definitely go back and get another pizza!! And I'd like to try a sub next time!!

So I wanted something different, from the cheesesteak sub and saw some pictures of there chicken parmesan sub, with a fried cutlet and mozzarella and decided to order this thinking masterpiece at work; What a disappointment; it was cut up cubed chicken pieces (probably Tyson) with pizza sauce with no love whatsoever in this sub, no quality at all, never again smh.

This place reminds me of an old neighborhood pizza place from when I was a kid. Low key, comfortable, away from the crowds, with great food! The menu is really large and they've got daily specials. The staff make you feel like they've known you forever. Very welcoming and helpful people.I've actually been here a few times over the past couple months. The food is made to order and fantastic. My only "complaint" is the menu lacks descriptions of what's in/on the sandwiches. Both the Steak Bomb and Chicken Bomb are great tasting sandwiches. The roll comes toasted so it's hard on the outside and soft inside. The blanket of cheese does hold the heat in - the sandwiches stay hot inside for a long time. Homemade chicken minestrone soup finished out the plate tonight.

We have driven by so much that we decided to give it a go. While it was yummy, it was just your basic pizza. I'd rate it better than a Pappa John's. Crust was good, not thick but not thin. It says NY style but I wouldn't call it that. The sauce and cheese flavors were great. Ultimately, I did enjoy it but it's not somewhere I see myself going often.

Fantastic meal!Stopped In for our first time after playing golf on Treasure Island. We ordered a Hawaiian pizza with pineapple and ham but we added bacon, then we also had a white pizza with chicken, spinach and mushrooms- both were great! Also had cheese sticks as an appetizer. Everything came out hot and with a nice smile- under their mask of course, but great customer service!!!! Would definitely recommend!!

I come here semi-regularly... and specifically for the grilled cheese sandwich. It is literally perfect. I'm not even tempted to try anything else. Casual, low key spot on Central, in the opposite direction of downtown.

The delivery guy is great. I just found these guys and so far I am very pleased. Both of the pizza and the cheese steak subs were delicious. Next time I will order double steak. I will definitely be ordering from them again and trying different Items on their menu. They don't charge enough for what they give you. Don't forget to get a side of the cherry pepper relish.

Paulo's have been my go to place for Italian food for many years, but lately I don't know what's going on there. Seems like everything I order now is drenched in salt, you know, like the lid fell off and the whole container of salt fell in. I don't know if they have a new cook that smokes, has no taste buds, or just doesn't bother to taste the food he makes. You can always add salt but if the food has too much in it there isn't anything you can do to remove it. I am very disappointed because if I get too much salt it makes my ears ring for many hours.

This pizza slash restaurant is really great if you want some good tasting up north pizza and sandwiches they got it all so far it's been all good ! And I'm originally from Jersey so I'd like to think I know pizza ! Kinda of a pizza professional I like it to because it's close to work I could walk there
