Our favorite pasta place in Trinity! Always consistently good and quick! Katie is our favorite service person there. She is excellent who remembers us!

3.5 stars.Counter service style pasta place with build-your-own options as well as pre-constructed pastas, flatbreads, subs and salads. Cute inside with nice staff in a quiet plaza. I got their chef pasta with pesto sauce and italian sausage. I give the taste about a 6/10. Price-per-ratio about a 7-8/10. Not bad to be honest for the price and setting. I got full off of half and the flavor is not too shabby.

I was totally surprised when we walked in the door to find a "rest stop style" restaurant. The only Italian atmosphere was the music, as I suspect it was Dean Martin! The color scheme of yellow throws your take on it being an Italian place.Now for the food: the one homemade Chef's Pasta was very good, a gnocchi style noodle. The marinara is straight out of a carton, crushed tomato sauce. Very little seasoning, really doesn't seem like much of an effort. My Italian sausage, another surprise, obviously not the usual, more like an "Italian hot dog".I wouldn't consider returning here, it was too much of a disappointment...much too "anesthetic atmosphere" or more like a lack of any . The cashier was pleasant, and helpful.

Really impressed with the service, ambiance and pasta here! We are in love with the chef's pasta which is a freshly made strozzapreti. It's thick with a nice, chewy bite. Holds the sauce very well. The truffle mushroom pasta is phenomenal. Rich and creamy with the right amount of truffle flavor. My husband loved the bolognese and said it was slightly sweet and bright. Our meals came with a breadstick each that I enjoyed dipping into the sauce. We especially loved how fast and affordable it is. Clean, too! We don't live very close but now we're going to have to make the trip because it's great! If you are having a pasta craving and haven't tried this yet, you're missing out.

The place is charming.The employees are fantasticThe food was good.My mother in laws meatball hero.. the bread was burnt but she still enjoyed it.

When you walk into the restaurant you are caught off guard, expecting sit down restaurant,but the sitting is fast food style. Thats ok, ordered strozzapreti pasta- delish with chicken . I don't think it was fresh chicken, store bought. Alfredo sauce was good, tad salty but good. Husband ordered same pasta with marinara sauce with sausage. Of the pasta was good,sausage was ok . The sauce- well, probably came out of a box, not homemade, very plain.Food could have been hotter.Service was good, fast.Very clean inside restaurant and bright.Not sure if I will come back

This sandwich was prepared and delivered by the manager Ian at the Trinity location. When approached he refused to replace the sandwich and threatened call the police if my 84 year old mother didn't leave the store. When reportedly the owner Guy, he said that if we came back the manager would apologize. We went back the following week and the manager refused to apologize and the owner did nothing in response. Please be aware of this disgusting food and behavior condoned by the owner.

Not bad at all for some quick Italian food. We stopped here and to grab a quick lunch. The place is very casual dining I would call it "fast food" Italian. Staff were friendly, restaurant was clean and neat. Food was good, but not great!

Wife and I decided to stop by Pasta di Guy Saturday night. We've never be even though we live mere minutes away. As soon as we walked into the restaurant we both really enjoyed the clean modern look. Very inviting and comfortable atmosphere. My wife ordered the Chef Guy favorite which contains chefs pasta (made from scratch strozzapreti) vodka sauce and Italian sausage. We absolutely loved everything about this dish. The pasta which we've never had freshly made before, was so fresh and tasty and we can see why everyone raves about freshly made. The sauce was light and flavorful. The sausage was perfectly flavorful and made you want more. I ordered the chicken Parmesan with strozzapreti pasta. The red sauce was flavorful and fresh tasting. The chicken was juicy and so tasty. I'll definitely get these two dishes again soon.We shared some breadsticks which were freshly baked with some marinara. The breadsticks were awesome and a must get when you order. Lastly we shared a cheesecake cannoli. This cannoli was amazing. The cheesecake was light and slightly sweet. We absolutely will be getting one again next time we're in. If you haven't tried this place yet you're really missing out. Please if you enjoy pasta/Italian food give this place a try. We'll be back very soon.

I've got to say that I'm very impressed. I did not expect the quality of food that I received. For a quick serve pasta joint this place was on point. Look at that I'm a poet and didn't even know it.Let me say that the deep fried ravioli were amazing. The ricotta cheese was delicious. The sauce absolutely above and beyond. Yet so basic it was amazing. I had a slight sweeten to it no bitterness whatsoever. Let me tell you that if I have a taste for pasta, this is where I'm going. Don't waste your money going to one of those big chain Italian places because this beats their pants off especially for the price.
