We've lived on Deltona for 16 years and never thought to look under our noses. This restaurant recently changed hands from Kathy's to Paradis des iles Restaurant. Kathy was there today helping the new owner out.Current hours are M-W 9am to 2pm and Thurs-Sat from 9am to 7pm. As of today 6/14/21.Clean and very pleasant service. Prices are reasonable and they have take away too.Wife had the Chicken in sauce which is two whole delicious legs in a very tasteful sauce. Sides included brown rice with mushroom flavor, plaintains and a nice garden salad. My wife took 1/2 home. I enjoyed sampling it too. I got the House Specialty eggs and corned beef hash with choice of potatoes and I opted for the toast. Excellent portions and I wanted no more for a late breakfast. They are currently serving breakfast until 2pm which was all day today:)Nice to find a nearby restaurant with healthy flavorful meals to suit traditional American tastes and the more interesting flavors of the Caribbean. Very healthy food. Well prepared. We hope the area strongly supports the new restaurant as they did Kathy's.

This restaurant has changed hands (again). It is now called Mama Carmela Family Restaurant. Home-cooked Italian. We just sat down to breakfast. More to come.
