Very nice family owned love supporting small business. Minimum inside seating but beautiful outdoor patio. I got guacamole, a lengua taco and carne asada taco.Chips were freshly, Guac was too, and clean flavors. The lengua was AMAZING and melt in your mouth tender. I judge the authenticity of most places by their lengua and this was it. Carne Asada tastes like fresh off the grill- corn tortillas were really fresh. Burrito was huge, didn't disappoint either. Their quesadilla options were awesome. Normally I don't like quesadillas but I would have to try one next time. Coffee was good too! Definitely recommend.

Kind of hidden off US19 in Tarpon Springs, you probably buzzed by it 100x and never knew it was there. If it wasn't for a food search of the area I wouldn't have.Tarpon in my opinion is severely lacking in good food with the exception of a couple greek places so knowing about this restaurant now is gold.I absolutely love Mexican food and make it my mission to find all of the good spots. Papasitos is more of a take out restaurant, but they do have some outside tables and a few inside if you would like to eat there after ordering at the counter.First I will say, the food is definitely fresh! You can tell these ingredients are cooked in house with maybe the exception of the black beans which may be goya. Not sure. The owners are so cute and so energetic. I wish them all the success in the world!Very busy on weekends so order ahead unless you are ok waiting 25 minutes. So far these are the items I tried Chicken enchiladas verde - very fresh tasting. Verde is still a bit spicy. Queso I couldn't really taste and I would rather have refried instead of black beans. You probably can ask for a substitute. The chicken and sauce was good but overall it was a bit dry for me and not my favorite.Carne Asada Burrito -With the cilantro rice and refried beans. This was pretty decent but not something I was drooling over Queso and chips - their queso blanco is very good but a bit more of a spicy green chili taste than I've had at other places.Would come back for this Horchata - I'm not a huge fan of how they make their horchata. It has more of a rice taste than others.I didn't try the tacos because they were $5 each for small street tacos. But I'm sure they are good since both the chicken and steak I had tasted good.Overall this is an excellent addition to Tarpon Springs. The flavors didn't blow me away but they were still pretty good. The prices are on the high side with $15 for a burrito.I would recommend this place to anybody who likes Mexican and lives in the area but I would not put it on my favorites list or make a special drive for the food.

We placed a fairly large order to go. Everything was prepared on time and exactly as ordered -- nothing missing or incorrect, everything hot and fresh. We tried the carne asada tacos, ground beef tacos, chicken tacos, rice, beans, chips and salsa. The tortillas were fantastic and really held up. The ground beef tacos were the surprise winner for us! Absolutely will be back. Great little place!

DROOL. It can be difficult for me to locate solid tacqueria spots but this one was near the Airbnb the bae and I were staying at. I got two grilled shrimp tacos, he got a quesadilla. We also split chips and salsa, and I got a chai latte to drink. We ate outside as a downpour fell around us, and it felt very meditative. Our server was speedy and made sure we liked our food. The taco shells are soft, HOMEMADE corn tortillas. The chips were also homemade. They also did NOT skimp on fillings for tacos or quesadillas and the ratios were PERFECT. P.S. Salsa verde is the way to go here.

Food is great but not a good place for lunch because it takes over a half hour to get served.

Stopped by earlier this week for lunch and it was fantastic! Fresh food made from scratch and the owners were so sweet. Not very expensive. Place is small with outdoor seating but I had my tacos to go. It's my new favorite place. I had the shredded chicken tacos in flour tortillas phenomenal

Amazing fresh food. The salsas are authentic. Family owned and made from scratch food. It's awesome and there is nothing like it around. Most "Mexican" restaurants are just not good Papasitos is awesome!
