Papa's New York Diner

Our first time at papa's was a home run! Service was superb! Mike our server had great suggestions and his friendly attitude made us feel like regulars. The food has amazing diner nostalgia with a Greek twist. We started with a classic biscuits with gravy. So delicious. I had a classic Gyro with fries, Fantastic fresh tzatziki. The coffee was hot and balanced. Awesome family and friends ambiance. Feels homey and welcoming. Came back for breakfast an wow the French toast a must have.

Worst dinning experience of my whole entire life. My current condition: throwing up, diarrhea, severe stomach cramps, 102 degree fever, headed to ER in the morning. Not only did their sloppy food give me a stomach bug, but they also forgot to ring in my meal. All 6 people around me were completely done with their meals by the time I got mine. And of course, I have severe food poisoning after eating there. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU WANT TO STAY HEALTHY AND HAPPY!!!! (My thanksgiving is ruined)

A HUGE thank you to the Papa's crew for being one of the last places open (if not the only one) right before Hurricane Milton blew through. It was the last hot meal we had for a while and I'm sure it was the same for many others. Impending Hurricane and all the service was outstanding - friendly, prompt, courteous and appreciative. We never once felt rushed or we were in their way as they were trying to prepare to close to prep their own homes and families. The food was also stellar. We ordered a variety of options from breakfast to lunch and a little bit in the middle and it all tasted great, came out quickly and was very affordable priced. We'll definitely return again and I recommend anyone who hasn't given them a try do so.

Great NY diner food and atmosphere. Prices are amazingly cheap and the quality is way above average. The staff is friendly, very attentive, and communicates very well. We only had breakfast, which was about $10-12 each, but can't wait to return to try other items. Hidden Oasis, that should be tried.

Great food, open 24 hours! Tons of options on the menu, something for everyone. Literally a dozen types of entrees, pastas, and breakfast styles. Unfortunately they play Fox News propaganda on the tvs, but at least you can't usually hear it over the jukebox music. Tasteless "raise the flag" (anti-president Carter slogan disparaging the lowering of the flag to half-staff after his passing)

I got their 2-2-2-2, which consisted of 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage links, and 2 French toast. The entire meal was delicious, but the French toast was outstanding. It's pretty chilly with the AC, so be prepared.

It's a diner so if you're from a state that has diners you'd understand. They're fast, crowded, greasy and "well used". The staff is hardworking and fast and always moving. It's a big menu one wonders how you can offer so many diversified items?The food was good with the burger medium rare as ordered and hot crispy onion rings. The shaved prime rib with au jus was good fries crispy but warm.Give it a try

This place gives almost like any authentic New York Diner. It's has so may food options. I went roughly about 12:30 am as there aren't many late night food options in Clearwater. My server I couldn't remember his name but her did great and walked with a stride with a hint of elegance. Next time I'm in town I definitely want to go back as you are greeted by an array of different cakes/desserts. Typical diner/booth settings.

Love this place.Old school diner, great service, open 24/7, play a great mix of music, make it how you want it, reasonable prices.We ate there 3 times in 4 days last week.
