Fun bar at the end of the night! Great pizza too from what I remember...will def come back here again. We went both nights btw for the weekend late night. The owner is wonderful too.

Stopped in to Pan Filo's a couple days ago with friends while we were on vacation. It was close to where we were staying and we were looking to quick tacos. After taking a quick glance at the reviews, we were all on board for a dive bar with decent tacos as the reviews stated. What we got...left us underwhelmed.I ordered the Goat, the Cuban, and the Sanchez tostada. Of the three, the Cuban (Pork, Shaved Ham, Bacon, Queso Fresco, Mustard, and Cilantro) had the most flavor however I'm fairly certain the "Pork" was a diced up hot dog. The Goat (Chicken, Goat Cheese, Sweet Peppadews, Bacon, Lime Creme, and Cilantro) had decent flavor, however the chicken was SO dry that it overpowered any flavors from the Peppadews and goat cheese. The Sanchez (Chicken, Black Beans, Salsa, Queso Fresco, Shredded Lettuce, Lime Crema, and Cilantro) had the same problem as the Goat. The chicken was SO dry it pulled all the attention away from any chance the other items had to flavor the dish.My friend wanted to try the Shark taco, however they didnt have shark in and were substituting with Red Snapper. Another friend wanted the Dr Cabra or Get Shorty - however they were out of braised short rib.If they had dipped the shredded chicken into a hot chicken jus or even JUST chicken broth before going on the tacos and tostadas, I would have a much better review.Wish I could say I'm willing to try them again, however with so many other options in Clearwater - I'll leave Pan Filo's for the next guy.

If you go to Clearwater Beach this place is a must. Great tacos and now pizza. And atmosphere is relaxed and have full liquor bar, pool tables and a juke box. Highly recommend for the best tacos home made at that. Love this place.

Definitely could have been better. Went there while on vacation with my kids. It was just within walking distance and I figured their menu looked good so why not?!Well, it was not worth our 50 steps to get there. Food was mediocre at best. Tacos were almost $9 each!!! WHAT?!! I thought they would be amazing tacos for that price. No, they weren't even made right. Needless to say, we were disappointed with the food and the service. We were given something we didn't order. When it came time to pay, they lady, who was very helpful at first, explained that because of the mistake in the order she would only charge me for one of the items. In turn I ended up paying for something I didn't get. I DON"T KNOW WHAT DEAL she was referring to when she said it was cheaper....Keeping in mind that everyone has different taste buds and every day the food quality is different, my family and I would not recommend going here. Some may have better luck and like the food and service. We just didn't. But if you're curious and you want to venture there, go ahead.

What an amazing place! We are staying at the Shepards Beach Resort and they stopped serving food. Apparently, Pan FILOs was the only place open that did serve food and until 2:30am. The owner is truly a kind-hearted man and the staff were great! Food is delicious. I had to jump on here for a review because they are so much more then a place open late. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our Friday night extra special. Ps. Pool tables and darts were a plus plus.

I made it to Clearwater beach at midnight and couldn't find anywhere to get food for a family with kids u see 21. This place came in clutch as we had no other options! Definitely a dive bar feel & the food was all decent. If I was drunk I'd say everything was great & would recommend going here. Instead I was sober so the truth is Philly cheese was good but needed more meat.The shorty taco was definitely interesting and different, but worth trying.The grouper taco was fishy but good to me.Chicken quesadilla my daughter said was amazing.The pizza was below par but I am from Chicago area, so it's always hard to make me happy in the south with pizza! I'd suggest stopping here to get waisted , shoot pool, play darts , & grub if hungry!

Yummy drinks and yummy tacos! Do yourself a favor and head in here for a game of pool or a bite to eat. Super casual and delicious. The Goat was one of the best tacos I have ever had. I also had the Chica and shrimp taco which were also very good. Their guacamole was amazing. In fact, my only complaint was that the tortilla chips were a bit stale. My friend had a margarita with fresh mix and she said it was delicious. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive too.

As a former customer we were so disappointed in the way they treated a couple sitting near us. The couple had been sitting for quite some time waiting to get their order taken.The middle aged blonde waitress had taken our order, our food was delivered, and this couple came in just before us. The waitress kept by passing them blatantly ignoring them.Finally the gentleman asked if they could have 2 waters and they would like to order. She went and got their water, set it down and they asked for straws. She responded, "You need to say, please.*" He said, "I am sorry. Iasked May we have straws Please?" She began taking their orders and in the middle of the young man giving her his order, the waitress turned away from him and started talking to a friend, getting her drinks etc....Returned and told them they would have to wait outside for their pizza.The couple was so embarrassed and so were we. we will not recommend or return.

By far the best authentic Mexican tacos I've ever had ---and this is coming from a true Mexicana, on top of that my server --Jenna --was phenomenaI. I walked here by myself from shepherds, I will be coming back here every year, just to see her, along with the wonderful food --the pizza that another couple ordered right next to me --was so fresh and cheesy---that is going to be the next thing I order!!!
