Palani’s Hawai’i Noodles House Of Saimin

Lovedddddd this spot! The owner was super friendly and gave us an awesome run down of the menu and a bit about his background which we loved. The person who brought out our food was also kind and friendly - we love that. The food was delicious. The teriyaki beef is made with shaved ribeye and the sweet and savory flavor was outstanding. I wasn't a huge fan of the macaroni salad, but once I put some of the Hawaiian hot sauce they had on the table on it, it really took it up 4 notches. The noodles were really good as well. It was a simple dish, but filling and flavorful. They also had Hawaiian sun soda which was very sweet but tasty - I tried the lychee flavor. I will definitely be back!

A+ for nice friendly workers and customer service! Wonderful to see people passionate about their business so this was probably the top selling pointsThe food, you're not able to customize things like an allergy or anything as the majority of their things are already made. The soup needed the noodles to be torn apart and didn't seem to be all the way done fresh. Could've just fallen short this one time because of the great customer service. This is definitely a place. I would try again

The teriyaki beef was amazing! Wasn't a huge fan of the macaroni salad, sadly. Macaroni salad is one of my favorite dishes, but this dish was lacking flavor. The rice was great and cooked to perfection. The restaurant had a nice vibe and was super welcoming and homey. Super small, but understandable for being located in KRATE.

Wow!! What a find!!They cook the food in front of you and you can see and smell how fresh the ingredients are. We ordered the short ribs and teriyaki beef.....AMAZING!!every bite was so flavorful and wonderful! This is our new go to place. The owner was super nice and helpful. I didn't even have time to take a photo of our meals as we devoured them immediately. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We enjoyed a mother daughter lunch here. This is a Haiwain noodle bar in the Krates. The inside space is small but you can eat inside. The staff is friendly . We shared the Saimin bowl and a not so small icy. The broth in the Saimin bowl is clear and slightly sweet. The classic bowl has egg, green onion and pork. The pork was a bit grisly. The noodles were good. They definitely have a unique texture. The giant icy was a super fun for my 5 year old and we couldn't even finish it together! It was sweet but not too sweet. We had the strawberry coconut. We would eat here again.

Aloha spirit on a plate! I had Beef Teryaki with rice and mac salad, my wife had a Saimin Noodle Bowl. We were both really happy! The serving size is generous for the price. We thought everything was perfectly prepared and very flavorful.

The Saimin noodles were fantastic. Solid 9/10. The broth is flavorful, warm, and soothing. I wish I would've subbed for teriyaki beef instead of getting the vegetable soup but regardless it was really good! It also stayed hot on my 45 minute drive home. The teriyaki beef was tender and more savory than sweet which I enjoyed. We also got a side of short ribs which had good flavor and were tender, I'm just personally not a fan of how much fat is on the pieces. The side of green onion is just a little sauce cup with a sprinkle of green onion. Not worth the dollar BUT I enjoy green onion so it's fine. Palani is so sweet. He explained the whole menu to us since it was our first time in & answered all of our questions.All establishments at Krate are small, but there's seating outside too! It was nicely decorated.

Sadly, this place did not live up to the hype. The chicken was bland and low quality (very fatty), rice was slightly overcooked and mediocre, broccoli was cooked perfectly just had little flavor. I did use the soy sauce which helped but tbh this place was just meh... The employees were very nice, which is great and we love the location (Krate). However, this place was not my cup of tea.

I took long time to write a review for Palani Noddles. Unfortunately, Yelp flagged it and removed it from the rating. :-(The saimin noodles that we ate is a solid 5 stars. We both loved it. The broth, the noodles, and the pork char siu blended together so well. The place is small but very cleaned and organized. Also, the Hawaiin slushy was good too. I inhaled it before i could take the photo. We will be back for more. Highly recommended this family owned business.
