I stumbled across this place online, and I've been wanting to try it for some time. I was excited when I came across it while walking downtown recently and it was close to lunch so I decided to grab a meal to go.The ordering process is on a kiosk, but someone was there to make recommendations and I chose the Over the Rainbow. It was brought out to me after about 10 minutes (I was the only person there), and I took it home with me.Once I got it home, I wished I'd ordered extra sauce because the sauce cup was very small. I was a little disappointed as the bottom of the bowl was ALL rice and it tasted like it had been sitting in a fridge for a at least a day, and the mango was unrioe and hard. There was supposed to be tuna, salmon, and crab, but there was barely any crab, and the portions of tuna and salmon were small. It did taste fresh though, so I enjoyed that and the greens and edamame. The place is very small on the inside, with only a long counter and uncomfortable barstools. It kind of reminded me of a frozen yogurt shop. It wasn't a meal that I would go out of my way to go back for.

So happy another eating establishment has opened near the performing arts center! While this won't be the place to go all dressed up as the only options for seating are on stools at the counter inside, or two-top tables outside, it was very convenient to stop in for lunch when we were dressed for a casual show.Ordering is done in person at the front counter, or they have two "do it yourself" registers, which is what my friend and I used. It can take a while though, especially if you are creating your own bowl, because there are a lot of ingredients to scroll through.I went with the Golden Hour Bowl, and it was perfect. It consisted of salmon, krab, avocado, scallion, carrot, cucumber, shredded nori, and masago. I did it on top of salad and glass noodles, and swapped out the counter sauce for the classic poke sauce. The bowl looked small, but that was deceptive, as it actually was quite a bit of food. Food came out even quicker than I expected.I also got a pineapple boba tea which was outstanding - I love that even when ordering online you can pick your sweetness. All in all a great experience and I will definitely eat here again.

Small shop where you can order at the register or at a little kiosk. Very helpful staff and accommodating. We got bubble tea, a poke bowl, and a hotdog. All were so good would come back for a light lunch or dinner.

Yay! This location of Pacific Counter finally opened! This is a small, mostly take out location but I am psched because it is a block from the Straz so perfect for a quick dinner before a show. There is limited seating inside and outside. If you've eaten at another location, this one has the same great food! I ordered a revised smaer version of my favorite, the Ring of . That sauce is to die for! They also have dole whips and boba drinks! They were really busy the night I went because there was a high school theatre convention going on downtown in addition to the shows atbthe Straz. The team handled the traffic well.Looking forward to many more delicious dishes!

aloha! I have to review PC again because it is truly one of my favorite spots and is consistently in our takeout rotation. this location is in downtown Tampa and can probably be annoying to get to if you don't live here. It's never that busy which worries me bc if it closes I'll never recover!!portions are HUGE (even for the little bowl), everything tastes very fresh including the raw fish, and the workers are always in the best mood. they have hot dogs too which is really random but they are quite good. takeout orders are ready QUICK and are always in the designated pick up spot with cute notes on the bag. they recently gave me a full thank you note in my bag as well for supporting their local business! pacific counter deserves so much hype!!! even if this location isn't convenient, definitely check out one of their other locations in tampa bay.

Stopped in for quick lunch while I was in the downtown Tampa area and I was not disappointed. The person at the front counter was super helpful and guided my wife and I through the ordering process. The poke was exceptional and portion was sufficient. Additionally they had a small outdoor seating area that was shaded which was great spot to enjoy our lunch. I wish I lived in the area to visit again.
