Outrageous Cakes Tampa Bakery

I was blown away by the cake they delivered to me. Not only did they get the exact design I wanted but the cake itself was one of the best cakes I've ever had. After 3 days of delivery and a 10 hour drive back to Nashville the cake stayed so moist and I will eat the leftovers for the next couple days. I could not have been any happier. Thank you so much for making my boyfriends 30th bday amazing.

Outrageous cakes does an awesome job. Top notch service. Very friendly, very professional. I have purchased 2 cakes and cookies. Always blown away how they made them look exactly like I wanted. They are over the top.

I contacted this bakery initially on March 3rd, 2016, to get a quote for a wedding cake for March 4th, 2017. I immediately received a response with a question, to which I replied. On March 29th, I sent a new request asking if they had received my email and asking for an update. They claimed they never received my response, and on April 1st asked me to resend everything.They immediately responded and we had a bit of a back-and-forth about some details of what I was seeking. April Marie, with their Customer Relations department, said they would be in touch soon with a quote.Since April 1st, I have been unable to get a response of any kind from them. Emails and contact forms on their website go unanswered, phone calls always go to voice mail and never get returned. I posted on their Facebook page asking what was happening, and my post was deleted with no answer.I'm not sure what the issue is, but they seem to be completely unreliable and horrible about responding to communication.

I really enjoyed my experience with Outrageous Cakes. I wanted custom Simpsons cupcakes & cookies for my boyfriend's birthday. Kim is absolutely wonderful,her communication is stellar. She delivered to me almost an hour away with a smile and good advice for keeping the cupcakes & cookies fresh. They looked better than I could have hoped for! Thank you so much for making him speechless,he loved his treats!

Outrageous Cakes made and delivered my daughter's 9th birthday cake. It turned out better than I could imagine. It looked fantastic and it tasted even better. My daughter, her friends and family loved it. I truly recommend this company for your next party. Great Job Guys!!!!!

It truly saddens me to have to write this review because i believe all companies deserve a chance to make good when the ball is dropped unfortunately this company choose not do so. After many failed attempts to get a call back and slowly delayed email responses (except for the one via the google review) i left a review via our journey with this company explaining the lack of communication and how stressful it can be as a bride. I also advised via my review that me sharing my experience doesnt mean this company is a bad company just be mindful if you are on a time crunch fair right i think so. I also voiced how i was excited to try this company because of their many flavors. I made sure to still with hold the integrity of this company while reviewing. I also said you know what we are in pandemic be more patient because we as consumers can be demanding! So i updated the review with 4 stars and stated i will let you know how the design turns out and flavor. Despite the delayed responses and no call back or cake tasting i still had faith in this company right because we should support small businesses. I get an email saying because of my review it's best I find someone else to do my cake. Interesting how life works. We are begging this company for invoices to pay and cakes to try and a simple reply and we get the boot. Doesn't make sense to me. Our experience wasn't great but yours maybe different

Absolutely love Outrageous Cakes. We have used them for 3 different occasions and they have delivered beautiful delicious cakes each time. Always on time and exceed expectations. My 5 yo wanted cotton candy frosting and they delivered!!! Highly recommend them and will be back again!

Outrageous Cakes is the best! Their cakes always look and taste amazing!!! The staff is very helpful and friendly, we we definitely highly recommend them.

The previous review was spot on. I went ahead and contacted this bakery anyway and shortly thereafter received an initial response from the same individual. I wanted to discuss the possibility of doing two birthday cakes. They told me that my budget and request was not sufficient. I was hoping to stay between $100-$200 for a tiered cake that could feed approximately 25 people or so. I was told that their tiered cakes feed a minimum of 60 people and that my budget was likely insufficient. They asked if I had any pictures for reference, which I did, and sent them off. To this day I never received a response. Needless to say I won't be utilizing them in the future as they are obviously unreliable or just too busy or not interested in my request.
