Highly recommended. $3.00 Cuban. Roppa Viea on Friday. Crowded bodega but worth it. The parking can be an issue at lunch.Close to Sunshine Resale and a great barber school.

I love this place. It just brings back so many wonderful memories as a child going to a Cuban store but they butcher market and getting fresh food made there looked like it was great fully stocked which was impressive. Service was great. Everybody was very nice and helpful and welcome to the neighborhood side Store is typical small little store not the biggest amount of fruits and vegetables but if you're looking for Caribbean tropical fruit and veggies, it is probably a place for you to come and get them and the meat look pretty good so I've eaten there a couple times the food is great. The empanadas are amazing the morning, I just love how they have each day that was nice special.

This place has nothing but Goya product which means it takes more than other products to make it a latin store. As for the staff totally rude you can ask them questions about any product because they get upset. High price products..

Their chicharrones are out of this world and are the real deal! I love that I can find authentic ingredients here. The owners are so friendly. So very thankful for this market!

I used to come here religiously, every day, for their hot food! Only problem is that by my lunch hour, the food was almost gone. They have authentic Latin food, more specifically traditional Dominican food. I come from Orlando, where there is a large population of Hispanics, so bodegas that provide Latin food are ubiquitous - the same cannot be said for St. Pete. When I found this place I was elated, because it was only two blocks down from where I lived.Aside from their food, they have fresh produce, a meat section, and other groceries that are reasonably priced. It's a small area but has a huge selection to choose from. Stop by and have some of their food. You won't regret it!

Great authentic place that provides Latin products, meat market and a restaurant. The yellow rice is my favorite with the pork skin.

Cuban sandwich for breakfast! The market/deli was filled with locals with the exception of us. Everyone was super nice and all the food looked and smelled amazing. The Latin market was extremely well stocked with great prices. This place did not disappoint.

I bought a stove top espresso maker and first time I tried to use it something was off, it wouldn't percolate. Found out it was missing the gasket and metal filter. Tried returning it but on that visit no one spoke English and I was waved away. Mistakes can happen, someone else may have removed those parts to "fix" their own, but that no one would work with me to resolve the disappointment is what has ruined my visit there most. I see from other reviews I probably should have only gotten a cuban sandwich to go and Bialetti from Wal-Mart.
