Original Flavor 1889

Went for lunch & food was amazing!Ordered the panini with Prosciutto and Arugula. Husband ordered the Ravioli with Vodka sauce. Service was great and prices were fair.Definitely will be back for dinner!

Great service and atmosphere.Chicken parmigiana-- It needed a little more sauce but overall it was delicious with crispy, flavorful chicken and pasta that was cooked well. Cannoli-- Perfectly made. It had just the right amount of chocolate. The cream was fluffy & sweet inside a crispy shell.

All of it is good and highly recommended! Finally, another establishment that knows how to properly cook a Neapolitan wood fired pizza. Dough was right thickness and cooked properly, not too doughy not too crispy, with just right amount of air in crust and generous portions of toppings with real ingredients. Great ambiance inside and outside and decent prices for wines and beers. You cannot go wrong with 1889 if you're looking for Italian downtown St Pete's! Bravi!

What a cool pizza place in downtown Saint Pete. It's definitely a great attention grabber that's for sure. Our server was amazing. She was super friendly, very passionate personality. The ambiance felt extremely inviting. Now let's get to the food!I order the margherita pizza and my wife orders the pasta. Both dishes were very well presented. At first glance they looked 10/10. As I tried the pizza I noticed the dough was uneven. It was almost paper thin towards the middle. Even when you folded the pizza all the cheese sauce was slipping off. The flavor was good but only when it was warm. After it started cooling down you can taste more is a sour taste to it. The pasta was a huge portion, could easily feed two people. Same with the pasta, while it was hot/warm it was good but as it begins to cool the flavor of the sauce dramatically changes.

The cheese pizza tasted great. We also ordered the signature pretzel appetizer which you should try. I loved that there was a happy hour menu with reasonable prices. The service was excellent. There was music but it was not very loud. Nice place for a date night or to bring your family.

Love love love! The best pizza in st Pete!Attention gluten allergy people: this is The thinnest pizza! With amazing toppings! So low gluten and they use flour from italy that's good for you! I get the pistachio pizza and my boyfriend gets the friarello sub the broccoli for onions. Sweet attentive cool staff & amazing chefs! ‍They use organic and local greens. All high quality fresh ingredients!!

Stumbled upon this place after leaving a restaurant close by that I was underwhelmed by the menu, so we went walking. Perfect dinner for a casual night out. Our initial greeting by the host was welcoming and our server was equally pleasant. We tried the calamari and shrimp appetizer and it was cooked perfectly. Our pizzas were also delicious. We will be back!
