Quaint , Italian & great menu ! Frederico , our waiter was wonderful , knew the menu choices well and his accent was awesome. Service is fast and just a great place for lunch or dinner . If I have to disclose not so great feedback , the parking is terrible as it's in town and street parking and there was a huge "palmetto bug" climbing up the wall that the staff graciously took care of .

Loved the food and people. The tiramisu was the best I've ever tasted. Paulina is so sweet and a great server! Thank you.

6/27/24 - A group of 8 of us had lunch today. It was a warm welcome with a staff member opening the door (wish I could remember her name) for some who have some challenges with walking. It's been a long time since I've seen that done and I noticed that this was done for a few other people who came in after us. A little thing that can mean so much! A table has already been set for us as we had a reservation. Our server, Dasie, was just as perky and helpful as could be with great pacing. She let us talk a bit as we all came from Tampa and hadn't seen one another in a while. The restaurant is small and named for the chef, who we met when she came out to debone fish that one of our group ordered. Several different items were selected by the group. Portions are generous. What wasn't finished was definitely taken home. Chairs are larger than normal and comfortable as a dining room chair really should be. Staff also assisted with moving some chairs so our group had a bit more space and canes can be hard to use when spacing is tight. The menu isn't huge but it has a nice variety of selections. I skipped an appetizer opting to order the mussels in a white wine & garlic sauce as my entree, after asking Dasie if it was large enough for a full meal. She agreed it could be. In my opinion as an appetizer it could easily have been shared by up to 4. The surprise was some crisp apple slices on the edge of the bowl which also had 2 small slices of bread. I was so eager to start on them I didn't remember to take a photo. I polished off every one, as well as the apples and bread. It was nice to have a separate bowl brought at the same time for the depositing of the empty shells, rather than having to ask for one. Other staff also helped bringing food out, and checking on the table for napkins and other needs.Normally I wouldn't order dessert for lunch, but the options were chocolate cake, tiramisu, or Spaghetti Ice Cream. Dasie explained that it is home made vanilla ice cream that's presented like a plate of spaghetti. It was enough for 4 of us to share! I did not forget to get a photo of it, which I've included here. Another surprise was the whipped cream under the "spaghetti". The topping is made from strawberries, in a jellied sauce. The "parmesan cheese" is actually white chocolate nuggets. OMG, if I lived near by I'd just go for coffee and the spaghetti ice cream! Lunch was a delightful and delicious experience! This is a GEM of a place!

Food delicious. Server Paulina was great. Only disappointment was they would not allow substitute sides regardless of an Upcharge. I wanted something else instead of potatoes with my entree.

Saturday dinner at Olio's was great!Several folks in our community have been raving about it and my experience is the same! My wife went to lunch three days ago with friends and she came home and raved about it!! She had PENNE BOLOGNESE-traditional meat sauce, penne, grana padano, wild oregano. I even loved it as a left over!We went last Saturday. So glad we came early at 5:30 pm. Soon after we were seated the crowd only got bigger!For an appetizer I order the Caprese-Vine ripened tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, capers and basil with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Very nice!!Our entrées were Shrimp Champagne-Fettuccini pasta served with Shrimp, tomato, champagne, roasted garlic cream and spinach. Huge shrimp in a light sauce. Flavorful and aromas!My wife order the Padella Cremora-Penne pasta oven baked with Alfredo sauce, spinach, and cheese. Picky eater described it as 'Excellent'!Interestingly we had the same server-Brandon-who waited on my wife when she came for lunch-Brandon!! He was enthusiastic, attentive and informative. He added to our enjoyment of the evening.

The food was good and it was in a nice setting but it was pricey for the meal. A nice place if you can afford it

Ok I'm happy That's saying something. This place Olio is a must on the rotation and should not be missed. Food is excellent. Not just good not just fine But excellent!Our server for this lunch visit was Liliana who was well versed on the menu, made great suggestions, on top of her game and made our experience memorable. She brought my review to a five star. Ambiance is Mediterranean Italian cafe and comfortable I enjoyed everything about this place and will definitely do a return trip. Two of our table of four have returned many times Keep up the amazing job Olio!!

The food was excellent and the waiter was very attentive and polite. I can't remember the waiters name but he is from France and going to school here.The only negative I would have is they had deliveries coming in thru the front door on hand trucks right past the table which didn't do much for the ambiance..

Great food. Cool ambiance. Try the spaghetti ice cream. Karina our server was fantastic.
