This is truly a shipshape sailing yacht with a crew of two who can make any trip around the bay a really great way to spend a day or an evening. The Lionheart is a 44-foot ocean-going sailing yacht that owners Jim and Kathy McManus operate with ease and efficiency. There are plenty of places on board to perch to watch birds, dolphins and even cruise ships pass by. Both hosts are knowledgeable about the area and have lots of interesting tips and tidbits to offer as you smoothly sail across Tampa Bay.And this host and hostess make sure you lack for nothing whether it is to offer blankets on a brisk day, provide sodas and water to wet your whistle, serve a selection of cheeses, crackers, candies and nuts to nibble away on and even - this is truly above and beyond - a musical performance by Kathy on a Celtic harp. Amazing. She was principal harpist for the Florida Orchestra for 15 years so it is a real pleasure to hear her play.At the end of the trip I felt like I had just spent an enjoyable afternoon with longtime friends. The experience was comfortable, the company enjoyable and the chance to enjoy the lively Tampa Bay waterfront was memorable.

Unbelievable time on the Lionheart. The hospitality and education offered by Jim and Kathy on the ~3 hour tour was amazing. If you have a small group (6 or less), highly recommend this adventure! I've done the larger boat tours and dinner cruises and they don't come close to matching this experience and value. Will most certainly do again on a future trip.

What an amazing way to spend a sunny afternoon sailing around Tampa Bay, thanks to the most knowledgeable, gracious and hospitable hosts, Jim & Kathy McManus, the "Captain & Crew" of the Lionheart. My voyage on the good ship Lionheart was a most memorable and enjoyable experience, and I'm looking forward to my next visit to Tampa so that I can sail the Lionheart again.

I was lucky enough to book a sunset dinner cruise for my family on Easter Sunday which also just happened to be my wife's birthday.......I made the correct choice by far! Captain Mac and his wife Kathy were so accommodating they were very interesting to talk to and our grand kids had a wonderful time! Our granddaughter got to steer the boat, our grandson helped to hoist the main sail and Jim and Kathy couldn't have any more attentive to us at all.The dinner was fantastic and between the snacks, salad, entree and dessert there was more food than we all could eat and they provided take home boxes for us.The Lionheart was a very sturdy solid boat which rode the waves smoothly and it had beautiful teak wood trim. The view of downtown Tampa was beautiful all lit up! It's a shame I can only give 5 stars instead of the 10/10 It deserves!I highly recommend Olde World Sailing Line if you are looking for a wonderful change of pace for the family or an intimate evening with a loved one. I have told some of my co-workers and extended family members about how wonderful it was and suggested that they try it when they come down to visit us.Richard Tornes

Took a sunset cruise on SV Lionheart tonight and it was incredible! Set sail around 5:00 pm and returned around 9:00 (brochure said we would return around 8:00 but they gave us an extra hour). Captain Jim and his Chief Mate, Kathryn were terrific hosts and Kathryn even played the harp for us. I know they can't control the weather - but the weather was beautiful and the sunset was spectacular!
