Nouvelle Cuisine

The reception, the ambiance and the service was as usual a 5 stars. I had the frogs legs as an appetizer, and carrot soup which were excellent. My husband and I ordered the rack of lamb, which we always do when we dine at Nouvelle Cuisine, and it has always been excellent in taste and tendernessl. Unfortunately we were very dissappointed last night. The lamb was very tough and hard to cut with a knife and hard to chew. The sauces were excellent, and the rest of the meal also. My fault, I really should have returned it and ordered something else. This was our first bad experience with the rack of lamb at NC.

Great place to grab a filet mignon and some of those lovely potatoes that make my mouth water just thinking of them. They always have cool specials and the food is incredible. We've never had a disappointing meal at Nouvelle Cuisine and feel very fortunate to have this gem of a restaurant just a few miles from our home. Love the ambiance and service!

What an amazing little jewel hidden in Spring Hill. We were really amazed. This charming little bistro truly surprised us. My wife and I weren't dressed to go out but we were hungry. Even though we looked like bums the staff welcomed us in and provided very good service. We were totally bummed that they didn't have the elk but the rack of lamb and veal chop did not disappoint. Unfortunately we were too full for dessert so we must go back. Prices are steep but the food is worth it.

It was my 60th Birthday and everything was lovely. I had the elk it was incredible. My husband had a seafood dinner. The wine was so mild and very very good. This hidden gem is a great place to try out.

Our first visit, took my cousin for her 60th birthday. The prices are on point, the food is exceptional, if I could rate it higher I would, the service is outstanding, what a gem this place is, I can't say it enough.My compliments to the chef and of course our amazing host and waitress!

A gem! Excellent food. Try the rack of lamb with mustard sauce. Excellent service, cozy atmosphere and a great wine list! Plenty of parking too!

We had visitor's from Ca. and made a reservation for Feb.15. for a party of five. They looked forward to the restaurant, have been told about the fine food and service. Two of us ordered the carrot soup, to salty and both of us could not enjoy it. One party had Salomon, ask for it well done, but it was decently undercooked. Potatoes and vegetables very tasty. The server did not ask about the uneaten soup or Salmon. Very unusual for this fine restaurant. I think it was a busy night, the staff had to much on there plate.

This is our favorite fine dining place in the area. The atmosphere is perfect for a date night. Isabelle and the staff are always warm and welcoming. The beer and wine menu is excellent. There are several delicious appetizer options. The French onion soup is awesome. The specials are usually hard to pass up. My favorite meal so far has been the elk. My fiancé got the lobster tail the other night and loved it. They haven't served us anything we haven't enjoyed. For dessert, we love the crème brûlée. If you live in or around Hernando County and you haven't been here yet, plan your next night out at Nouvelle Cuisine and you won't be disappointed.

Food, service, everything was great! Ordered the Elk, it was very good! Owner is awesome along with the staff!

This was my second visit to this restaurant. This is a great restaurant in an unexpected location. When you walk in it's as if you left Spring Hill behind and walked into a restaurant in Europe. Services is attentive, patient and kind, especially for a friend's young daughter having her first fine dining experience. The food gets 5 stars plus. It's all about the sauces. This food is prepared from scratch and it's evident in every bite.
