The environment was better than the food; it was disappointing! Cold, not a lot of variety, and lacked flavor.Sweet and sour chicken tasted like it had freezer burn. Service was weird, the creepy man I'm assuming is the owner, kept harassing us for a better tip than given. We didn't even get fortune cookies! The only good thing about this place is the free refills. Will definitely not make a trip back here.Not worth the $93 for five people!

I knew this place was bad news when I saw the Yelp ratings, however my son was out with me and he was sooooo hungry. For starters, all of the staff look pissed to see you when you walk in. The staff are creepy AF. As I am typing this message the server is literally trying to peek over my shoulder at my phone. Also, the food is subpar and lacks creativity. It's really tiny and not many options. A complete joke and a waste of $14

To start of food was good and delicious we love the noodles, chicken, and fried rice. But the service was bad, the waiters were telling us where to sit down and we didn't even get to make a choice, that's not the only things, the waiter stood at my table for about 1-3 minutes, we felt so uncomfortable. Also when we eating dessert he came by gave us the total and insinuated to eat fast. I don't want to be mean but I'm going to have to be honest, the ambience was super bad, it was dark and dirty. Also we didn't have many choice on food it was really small, but other than those inconveniences it was ok decreasing to bad.

Sat down at 3 wasn't informed until 3:30 that they would be charging 2 more bcuz of dinner time food wasnt all that lady yelling so unprofessional, waiter told customer he was busy......

returning customer family of 5, two adults, three children and paid $83. customer service is rude, had to ask for refills, they would walk past us and ignore. They scream across the room. never dining here again.

Very rude people don't check on you have very poor customers service also would not recommend eating here ! They hound you for a tip and don't do anything to earn it

I loved the food, the business ambience the service is good, but they try to make you go fast. I didn't go out fast tho...

Bad customer service, but food was good. Lady was rushing us out and then asked for tip and because of that she got nothing.

If you're going to eat at this establishment I'd say get the Togo . Food is decent but the service is crazy disappointing. I've never felt so embarrassed for a stranger . We paid our bill with card and watched the attendant tell a table of Hispanics that they had to pay cash . They were still eating and she made them stop to pay and told them they needed to pay cash only . Hovered over them until they pulled together enough cash to pay the bill . Then proceeded to tell them . "Propina!" (Tip! ) said they were big guys who could eat they should have cash and they needed to pay cash ! But only cash !? And this was after we were harassed to pay and when I didn't tip on card he basically cussed us with his attitude. Put cash on table and it was like it called to him and he flew by and snatched up the money .. but for what ? As a service industry person for the last 20 years I was just so appalled.

felt VERY uncomfortable, the waitress kept staring at my family and i. always asking if we're done and staring while we're eating. the food is okay but the service isn't ! the lights are dimmed out and flickering. very nice at first BUT tried forcing us pay cash when we only had card. it was really getting out of hand and annoying.
