Great food everytime!! A lot of food with a lot of flavor it's is a go to favorite for our large family gatherings.

This is a family owned business and they put in so much love into the food they make!! The food is freshly grilled out back and you can smell the smoky meats from blocks away. They're located right next to the post office. Service is quick and efficient because you put your order in at the door and there is no indoor seating area. Portions are huge and we had so much leftover. We got a little of everything ribs, chicken, salsa verde (this one is only available on the weekends and they run out fast because it's so high in demand!!) the drinks are also very refreshing, the horchata was great and the pineapple juice was my favorite Pro tip: call ahead for easy pick up

I'm gonna just start off by saying I am a huge fan of mom & pop restaurants. Throw in the fact that they're on the side of a well traveled back road, that's just a plus. This joint is worthy of the drive no matter where you are in Hillsborough or Polk County! Nidia's Latin Grill is unassumingly scrumptious! You would never expect a roadside takeout joint to pack the flavor punch that it does but man, it really does!!!! They smoke their meat and add that Latin flair with the sides! The value you get for the chicken or rib meals is incomparable. I spent $8.50 today for a smoked breast and wing (quarter chicken) that came with rice & beans, salad, homemade tortillas and my choice of hot sauce or barbecue sauce. The hot sauce is actually hot salsa and it is amazing!Pro tip- get a bigger order of chicken than you think you want to avoid the depression you'll soon feel after you scarf down the quarter chicken!!!

Fist off this place was definitely a drive! Way on the other side of Seffner. The wife wanted to try this on her lunch break. I can see why people take the time to eat here! The chicken had the perfect smoke to it as well as the ribs! The beans were spot on! While driving up to the spot I was already drooling from the aroma yummmm!

This place is a gem. Right now, it is takeout only, and they do not allow patrons inside their premises (you order at the counter pushed up to the door). Food turnaround time is pretty reasonable, although it does get hot waiting to order outside. There is a lot of parking available in the private lot, although watch out for potholes.I ordered a half rack of ribs and also a rib combo. The combo comes with Mexican rice, pinto beans, a small salad, and (not house made) corn tortillas. The ribs were amazing! Very meaty, very well seasoned, tasting of tasty smoked pork. The meat wasn't fall-of-the-bone, but it was tender. I liked the flavor well enough not to need sauce, although my husband did add some BBQ sauce. I'll happily return if I'm in the area.

We finally stopped by on 2/23 to try it out. It is a bit intimidating from the outside and even inside I was a bit leary. We ordered the number 3 combo with ribs and chicken to go as the seating area left much to be desired. We came home and split it for lunch it tasted fairly good. The problem was it made my husband very ill that evening. After looking more closely at the Yelp page realize they have a Pass on Health Score but 7 violations. We should have paid closer attention. We will not return.

OK so it's not much to look at on the outside or inside however the food is amazing.They have Chicken and Ribs with Rice and Beans and salad. They do keep it simple but they DO IT RIGHT! There are a few small tables in the back with the groceries if you want to eat here but they are set up for carry out. My chicken and ribs was so good, flavorful and tender. I also got an Aqua Fresca hibiscus water. I love, love, love that stuff and the large is like a small JUG so I had plenty to share with my friend.For about 12.00 I had an amazing lunch and enough to have it again the next day for lunch! They are now open 7 days a week and the staff is very nice. They do accept cash or credit here as well.GO here if you love great BBQ grilled chicken and ribs!

The food was amazing. Usually ready within a few mins. Their rice and beans are second to none.

Mexican BBQ needs to be a thing!! This food was absolute top tier! Pick you up some.

The food is amazing! The chicken and ribs are seasoned and grilled to perfection. You get ample servings of rice, beans and salad. I've had both the #4 Qtr chicken combo $7.50 and #6 Qtr chicken and rib combo $15.00 which I had some for lunch and shared the rest for dinner with my husband! All the pics on Yelp are very accurate! Ok, so from the outside it looks like a hole in the wall, but don't let that deter you!! They only have takeout now and service is fast and super friendly. It's the best kept secret in Dover!
