New Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant

We used to not like this place very much, but they must be under new ownership because now the food was absolutely delicious! This genuinely might be the best Chinese takeout I've had, and my dad and grandma both agreed! The prices are pretty good and it's very easy to order online and pick up in the store. The ambiance is fine, but it's meant to be a to go place so it works for that. I definitely recommend the combo meal as it's a perfect size and will probably even leave you with some leftovers.

Do not order on Yelp! Call the restaurant. Yelp prices are inflated due to a tie-in with Instacart. Even if you pick up the food and don't want delivery, call directly and use the in-house menu. Otherwise, you will want to get ripped off for delivery prices. Food-wise it's basic "Chinese" with corn starch and vegetable fillers.

When I'm hungry for Chinese food and don't feel like going out, my go-to delivery comes from New Hong Kong Largo restaurant. I can always depend on fresh, hot, delicious food every single time.My favorites are the Chicken Kung Pao, Curried Shrimp (actually, ANYTHING with shrimp is really good including their shrimp fried rice), the Chicken and pea Pods and their Spring Rolls.Yes, they charge a $2.00 delivery fee and a 5% credit card usage charge plus the tip, but...it's worth it.I haven't found a single item on their menu I haven't loved.

It took me three years to find a good Chinese restaurant in Saint Petersburg. The shrimp egg foo young and hot and spicy shrimp combo are absolutely delicious. The service is always quick.

It's pretty good. Ordered through Uber eats and got the General tso and an egg roll. Good portion sizes as well. Only complaint is that the broccoli tasted weird.

Excellent gourmet yet casual takeout Chinese food and friendly staff! They are also very efficient and I've eaten here about 50 times and the meals are very consistent. You know exactly what to expect.

This restaurant received new owners about two years ago. We have had takeout from there several times in the last year and have been very pleased every time. When looking at the dates on the bad reviews on yelp, we noticed that they were in 2021 and earlier. Everyone should give these new owners a chance. I think you will be pleased.

There has obviously been a change in ownership of this restaurant because the current owners are offering great food at reasonable prices. The House Fried Rice is loaded with perfectly cooked proteins including chicken, pork & shrimp, and they don't neglect that great vegetables are part of Chinese cuisine. This place is a hidden gem in the Seminole, Largo, Pinellas Park convergence area around Bryan Dairy & Starkey Roads
