Thanks to Rachel " Mocha Coconut" for the inspiration to go here!Pros:Clean, comfortable fast casual restaurant with food A/CTheir sauces rival many sit down restaurants. The chimichurri is very fresh and the spicy orange one is great with anything.They have many specials with different price points. Cheap to fair pricing.The rotisserie chicken is very moist. It is seasoned well and goes well with both sauces. 8/10Open Sundays! Nazca is in a big Publix plaza so parking is not a problem.Misc:They have nice translucent blue cups for sodas similar to the old Pizza Hut ones.ConsThe credit card reader took a few tries to work.Overall: A great new Peruvian addition to the Carrolwood area

Nazca Express just opened on June 8, 2024, and I just tried it for lunch today. Let me just tell you it's been forever since we had some AMAZING Peruvian Chicken. This is it right here. So legit. So much flavor and not dry. Also died and went to heaven for the the chimmichuri sauce. It was the cherry on top! With the Order of whole chicken, it comes with two sides so we chose Papa a la Huancaina (Boiled potato with cheese sauce), and 8 tasty tostones. I love to make my own little stack with a tostones, lettuce, and chicken and sauce. So so good.You will order with them at the register, and pay and they bring your food to you.I would definitely recommend the chicken. They also have typical Peruvian dishes - Lomo Saltado, noodles, ceviche, fried rice. This place is new, clean, spacious, & they are friendly and helpful! Give them a try!

We discovered this place while trying to find a place to eat for lunch. My husband got the steak sandwich, I got the grilled chicken sandwich, and my son got the sautéed noodles with steak. Everything was very good. They gave us lots of delicious sauces and were very kind. Glad to find a new spot, we will definitely be back.

Wow! What a nice surprise this was! My husband and I stopped in on a whim, as we were looking for a non-chain restaurant still open for dinner close to 9pm on a Saturday night. The folks at the counter were very friendly, and while I offered to make our order for takeout so the staff wouldn't have to stay late just for us, they assured me that our eating in wasn't a problem.The food was delicious! My husband had the mixed ceviche and I had the grilled steak bowl. Both came in large portions, with my steak bowl easily being enough for two meals. After having read other reviews as we were waiting for our food, I requested the chimmichurri which made my meal taste even better.I highly recommend giving Nazca Express a try! We will definitely be back.
