Mugs Jr. Drive Thru Grill

This place is a joke. Lines are long, staff is rude & the orders are junk. We ordered a full pound of boneless wings. The wings barely weighed a half pound. They sent a box full of soggy fries & like 7 wings! We also ordered them half Jamaican jerk & half Buffalo, they mixed the sauces in one.. the fried green beans were greasy & tasted like oil. We paid extra for ranch & blue cheese. They should of come with some sauces... we received no sauces at all. The pound of boneless is $21! For this tiny amount of chicken & a box of soggy fries. We won't order from here again. I'd advise you to try one of the many other chicken places in our area. This one is borderline fraudulent.

Food is really good.Tried fried pickles, California chicken sandwich, Giant BLT. 15 minutes from clearwater beach.

Had the Jr Greek salad. It was surprising quite large. It was very good and all the veggies were very fresh. I have driven by numerous times and never see any cars at the drive thru. Finally decided to try Mugs and was very pleased with my meal. Their menu is huge .

The only drive thru in town with Restaurant quality food!! Everything is always so good and fresh! We're obsessed with this place.

Service was very good.. friendly and helpful! The food was good.... Just not 18 dollars good ... at least fill up the container with lettuce! For the price, there should be more than two avocado slices

Medium tossed boneless over fries were really good. I got 1/2 pound and they were fresh and hot. Service friendly.

Delicious California chicken is top tier and service was great. Definitely best drive thru around.

Sloppy food and the wait was too long for a drive through. I would not recommend this place to anyone that doesn't have 20 minutes to wait.

I have been coming to this place since they opened. Mugs is the best drive through food you can possibly get. The quality of a sit down restaurant but through a drive through. Also, the manager and staff are phenomenal. Try the smoothed chicken sandwich and homemade sauces. Yummy!

The buffalo chicken wrap was probably the pretty bad. Straight up drenched is sauce. It was pretty much a chicken buffalo soup with a tortilla in it. Which actually sounds pretty good however this not.
