Wow!! One of the best sushi places in the area. A little hidden gem in a strip nail right off the main drag. We had edamame and two rolls (Mr LC roll and Rain Forest roll). We were in on Valentine's Day (Fri) and they were PACKED! But service was excellent and our sushi came out quickly. Soooo fresh and tasty. This is one of our two go-to sushi places, and #1 in Dunedin

We sort of stumbled upon this spot on our way home. We really wanted sushi and something along our route. It had good ratings so we popped in! It was around 3-4pm on a Saturday. We were the only diners for most of the meal and one other couple came towards the end. Maybe because we were between hours of lunch and dinner but this place needs to be tried! The sushi was AMAZING. The tricolor sushi platter was my favorite. Just really good fish and rice. It was a quiet meal and after a long morning, much needed. Service was good. Food didn't take too long to come out. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. We will definitely be returning next time we visit the area. 10/10!

The food, service and ambiance was great! The lemon tree roll is a must try! To go or dining in, this place never misses.

Came here on a whim after not being able to go where we originally planned. Very much not disappointing. Don't let the outside/name fool you, this is an amazing sushi spot. The fish was all very fresh, service was really fast, and it was a very relaxed experience. I highly recommend to anyone who wants sushi in the area.

We decided to try some different dishes tonight. We usually start off with a Spider Roll to share because it's awesome. I started off with the Umai Salad. Its was delicious! It was similar to a Sunonomo salad at other Japanese restaurants.For entrées, we ordered the Yaki Udon with shrimp and the Beef Teriyaki. We opted for the ginger salads. Both dishes were tasty. I would order them both again.We love this place. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. The restaurant has great Japanese ambiance.

The sushi is always great. Prices are very reasonable. Service is very good. It is conveniently close to downtown Dunedin which generally is short on good lunch restaurants.

This is 100% my go to place for sushi lunch specials. Their seaweed is always fresh and pliable not stale or hard. They don't overstuff the rice, which is vinegared perfectly. Yellowtail and salmon are always so fresh. Best sushi spot in Dunedin.I have never had a bad roll.

Went for dinner on a Friday early evening. We were greeted and seated very quickly by the staff at a nice table. The inside is clean and nicely, if sparsely, decorated, which I appreciated since it means less dust collecting. Our server took drink orders and then returned with a complimentary bowl of edamame. That was a nice touch. The menu had an array of vegetarian/vegan sushi options, in addition to other selections. I ordered the AAC Roll, Sweet Potato Roll, and the Mushroom/Tofu soup. All of it was delish, but my Sweet Potato was particularly yummy - perfectly cooked, with a very light crisp on the outside. Hubby had the Avocado Salad, California Roll, and Veggie Fried Rice. The salad was just iceberg and slices of Avocado. He said he would not order it again. The Cali Roll was good, and his Fried Rice was plentiful, although beware - it does contain egg. We look forward to returning and trying some of their other options, ABD having more of that vegan sushi! Yum! It was so good, it was gone before pictures could be taken!

My bf and I didn't feel like cooking so we looked up Hibachi to eat and we saw this spot. It's 10 minutes from the house. The lady up front was really nice and inviting. The restaurant was so pretty with Christmas decorations and it was kind of packed. That's how you know the food is superb. Let me just say the chicken tempura is so light, fluffy and delicious. My bf had the veggie fried rice and it is this far is favorite out of all the veggie fried rice he's tried. For next time we know there's mushrooms, if y'all are allergic to mushrooms ask for no mushrooms. By the way they are the first Asian spot to put cabbage in their veggie fried rice, which was a nice surprise.
