Mr Empanada

Everyone in the Tampa Bay knows this place has great empanadas! I always ordered Beef and Beef with Cheese, they are my family's favorite. They cook the empanadas when your order so they are always hot and fresh. Sometimes we saved some for the next day, they are easy to heat up in the airfrier.

This review is based on POOR - ToGo execution. Came on a Wednesday @1:30pm No wait time. Swing in to grab some Empanadas. Order 5 and one drink. Customer service... is awful -no napkins... Extremely disappointed and will not be coming. I have been to many other locations and never had any issues and friendly service however this one does not cut the bill!

I got two chicken and broccoli cheese empanadas. Amazing! Small Italian salad was good. The Cuban sandwich was terrific. Will order again.

Passed by here Saturday and decided to order a few empanadas, and we were not disappointed. We ordered the ground beef, chicken broccoli and cheese, spinach and artichoke, Italian sausage and cheese, the chicken and cheese, guava and cream cheese as well as the Spanish bean soup. It was all delicious. I've never have a chicken broccoli and cheese empanada, but I will absolutely order that one again. I really liked that the empanadas aren't greasy. The soup was good and the meat they put in it (not sure what kind) was really tender. The pricing isn't bad either. For 7 empanadas and the soup it was about $28, so it's a decent price for what you get. We will be back

Best empanadas around! I especially love this location. The staff is helpful and friendly. Our order is always on point and the food is so tasty! They even have a drive thru which makes picking up a few empanadas super easy. The beef and cheese empanada is my favorite! The buffalo chicken and pizza are also really good. The dough is fresh and fried perfectly. They have steak fries my hubby usually orders as his side. I stick to just ordering empanadas. For dessert, the guava and cheese empanada is a must order item! This might be the best thing on their menu! They are fantastic whether eaten hot or cold. Overall, we've never had a negative experience here.

Heard about this place for years but first time stopping in. Wanted a couple empanadas but decided on a classic Cuban sandwich which was good. I don't know why but I like Cuban sandwiches over a meat pocket. Going to be back in another week so I'll try the empanadas an update. But all in all the staff was nice, very fast and that Cuban sandwich was delicious

very confusing that the hours on google maps and appl maps say there open till 4 pm on sunday but the store itself is closed... weird maybe display the correct hours so customers don't waste gas and time... thanks

My kids really like this place so I take them about 3 times a month. Did the drive through today. Had a question and got my head bit off by employee. I was taken back so just nodded smiled and got order. Debating on going back.

Poor customer service, The racism I experience has been the most disturbing experience in life sad to say as a Latino I went to go and support and it left me with the worst experience ever. I walked in did not get greeted and was immediately asked if I was the uber driver. I was wearing scrubs with company name on it that you can not miss. After I enter behind me a Caucasian men walks in and he was greeted and treated with the most respect and was not asked if he was the uber driver, not to mention this man was dressed in normal clothing. Turns out he was the uber driver. (Nothing against uber at all). It was the way I was spoken to and looked at. The reason for my review I would never want someone to be treated the way I was.
