Mind over Matter meal prep

Like most moms, I am running around like a crazy woman, carting kids everywhere, running errands, and working outside the home as well. Trying to be the best example I can be, fast food is the last choice on my list to feed everyone as I don't always have the time to cook a good, healthy meal. Mind over matter to the rescue! Not only can I satisfy everyone's picky palates, I can fulfill my protein goals and keep the carbs (simple carbs of course, ha!) Low. And for those of you who are obsessive with macro counting like me, the macro count is clearly found on the label. These "healthy" meals are still tasty and love that they don't have that "preservatives frozen meal" taste. The meals are about $10 a piece but you're paying for convenience as well as "healthy". Health is wealth. Healthier foods are always going to be more costly. You have the option of delivery but why pay the extra fee when they have so many locations to pick up from. Can't make it during their hours of pick up? No problem. Just shoot them a message and they make it convenient for you. Oh and the lovely little boxes the meals come in? Reusable! So if you ever decide to get into meal prep yourself, (good luck with that! Lol!), you can save these little boxes for that or use them as left over containers for your relatives at the holidays.

After three years of living in Tampa, we finally decided to try a meal prep service instead of cooking. Mind over Matter was SO good! Love the variety of the meals, and the macros were excellent. My husband especially loved that you could do extra protein for all of the meals. Already can't wait for our next order. Highly recommend this meal service if you need a break from cooking every now and then. We picked up from South Tampa Crossfit and it was a quick and easy exchange.

1 pick up and 1 delivery so far.Both were perfect and easy. The pick up location is a bit hard to find. But stay alert, go to the back, way back and you will find it!We did a 10 meal pack- mixed it up both times.I must say the 1lb grilled sliced chicken was perfectly cooked, not dry and was great for snacking or salads.Breakfast choices and low carb options.Macros are on the container.

Outstanding meal prep service. The meals are well priced, healthy and delicious. They are my go to meal prep in Tampa. Highly recommend.

I live with two other people who have fit meals prepped. One was jet fuel meals which were always dried out and over priced. Then I tried mind over matter meals. ALWAYS fresh and never dried out. They have the best assortment compared to other brands. Customer Service is BEYOND fast and helpful. Highly recommend.

The food is delicious!!! Makes the week easy and great variety! It is easy to order on the website and best yet-they deliver to my gym for free. Works out perfectly for me.

Great food, great price points, great customer service! I pick my weekly meals up at the mind over matter kitchen location and it's very clean. I recommend highly!

Just have to send a quick review out there after my meal just now. My husband and I had the Shepherd's Pie tonight. OMG...true to flavor and just the right amount to be totally satisfying. The potatoes, meat and vegies all mixed we mixed all in together and loved it. Way to go MOM, home run on this one!!!!!

The food portions are very small and not that good. I threw up after eating two meals which were very spicy upset my stomach a lot. I don't throw up very easy. I would not recommend buying this meal plan cause it's not that good. I highly regret buying from them the person who delivered the food was nice. She put it inside the front door for wanting 25 bucks for delivery each week is outrageous. That makes it to 12 bucks meal and the portions are not big enough to qualify for 12 bucks a meal very disappointed the rains were very high readings on this food was very high, but I only give it two stars. I would give it one star but the person deliver. It was very nice and they have my stomach soap that I threw up twice. It's not acceptable for male delivery that's supposed to be high-quality. I would never order from them again because of this. they said it was low sodium, but it wasn't buddies don't lie. My body said it was higher sodium than they said it would be and I'm disappointed in being lied to. I figured the store levels. They were refuse to tell me what they were per each entry so I know the embellishing in embellishing on how low sodium it is very disappointed in mean lied to that's a dealbreaker for me. I'm only giving it one star because I threw up twice from the males and had to have Tums after every mail each mail.

Love this place. Makes dinner so easy for us who hate cooking and grocery shopping. Needs more variety though and less gross chicken things and turkey. Bit overall love it.
