The girls here are so sweet!We got to the market early and snagged a bunch of goodies.Apple pie cinnamon roll 10/10Like omg out of this world blow your mind good!Regular croissant 10/10Pistachio cream stuffed croissant 10/10Blueberry muffin 10/10Ham and cheese croissant 6/10. Not enough cheese imo but still tasty. Ham was a little tough and chewy.We will definitely be visiting this stand every single time we go.

Editing my original 5 star review because why do things have to get worse ? 1.One of the best things they had was their pistachio latte cookie and they recently changed it to just be an espresso cookie with some gross hard frosting on top and it's so much worse now :( 2. They sell gluten free cookies and pastries have told us how they bake them separately to avoid contamination and keep them separate so people with celiac can enjoy them, but since they moved into the storefront they stack them on top of the other regular gluten filled pastries/cookies in the case so someone with celiac can no longer eat them. We told the staff in person it defeats the purpose of baking them separately but seems like they don't really care if it's an allergy. Friend with celiac used to eat them back when they kept them separate but now shes gotten horribly sick from them. Not celiac friendly.

This talented Catapult entrepreneur has moved from pop-ups & Saturday markets to a 5-day weekly brick & mortar inside the Market on Kentucky that recently opened, sharing food artisinal talents of many locals on its shelves. It's set up like a "market" with Meraki as one of its anchors & largest vendors. During the week (closed Sunday/Monday) they have about 7 to 9 items available, from cookies to poptarts to croissants with two usual savory items. (Coffee is available from another vendor, as are things like charcuterie, chocolates, honey.) On Saturdays, the bakers display all their finest, with over 30 different sweet & savory innovative pastries. The upcoming 30 items, rotate seasonal & creative items and are posted on their FB page every Friday if you are hopeful for a specific favorite. They are also providing pastries to various coffee shops in the area, like Concord and Pour Bear. They work equally hard to provide creative & tasty vegan and gluten-friendly goodies, especially with their Saturday collection. Double-check their hours, were running 8 to 5 (ish). Their pastry talents are unrivaled.

Meraki Bakehouse is run by the sweetest team of people who make the absolute best pastries! It's always the highlight of the Lakeland farmer's market to see their stall. Everything they make is delicious but I'd definitely recommend their jalapeño and cheese breads! As another small business here in Lakeland, I seriously recommend them and can vouch for their quality.

Found them at the Lakeland Farmers Market and stopped by for a croissant to snack on for my boyfriend. No sooner had we taken 10 steps and we were right back at the booth buying more. The croissant was so light and flavorful- this one had everything seasoning on. It was recommended to eat with eggs etc but neither of them made it home. We need to get there earlier next time as they only had a few goodies left when we arrived. Hopefully we may remember to get some pics too!

Easily the BEST bakery in town....from all the delicious goodies they prepare and sell, to the wonderful customer service....you just can't go wrong! Everything we have tried is DELISH!

The baked goods are phenomenal! The shop downtown is absolutely gorgeous. This Meraki Bakehouse is by far the best bakery I've been at. Please stop by and decide for yourself, you will regret it!

they have the BEST PASTRIES EVER!!! I always love going to the farmers market just for these pastries the cheese danishes are to die for and they come up with new ideas all the time 10/10 every time

The absolute sweetest young ladies!! Their pastries are seriously the best i've ever had! I go every saturday before work and get a bunch of pastries my coworkers and I and we love it every single time! The GOAT and Jalapeño popper are to DIE for! Best thing ever in the farmers market!

SO many great pastries and breads to choose from! Every time I've had one, it has been absolutely delicious.
