Menchie's

Menchie's always puts a smile on my face.They have a variety of flavors to choose from and each flavor is unique. I tried the featured flavor: Oatly Vanilla. I wanted to try the difference between vegan fro yo and non vegan. Guess what? They have the same consistency and Oatly tasted creamier. Menchie's makes me happy and I truly enjoy going in for a fro yo when I visit Florida.

If you want to go somewhere that has garbage customer service and will make your child cry look no further! When you want to buy froyo and their card reader goes down as you're trying to check out they'll say you have to pay cash (who carries cash??) then throw away the frozen yogurt in front of your kid. If it's going to be thrown away anyway and it's YOUR machine's error why not let the freaking kid have it? Bad customer service, extremely wasteful, and terrible employees.

It's a typical Menchie's as far as selection and toppings but the service here is always welcoming and helpful! If I ever have a question about flavors or ingredients, the staff are enthusiastic to help and always offer me the option to sample a flavor. I have encountered several employees and I have always had a positive interaction. In addition, they make a great effort in keeping everything clean and filled.

We stopped in despite the negative reviews and had a great visit. Steven, the employee at the counter was fast, friendly, and helpful. Everything was great quality wise, and the tables, food area, and the store in general were all clean and organized. The coffee, blood orange, and coconut frozen yogurts were outstanding. We will be back again. Thank you, Menchie's!

I love Menchies! They have great dairy free sorbet! The toppings are incredible! Chocolate covered Oreos, lots of delicious syrups! The staff is friendly too! Go early though! If you go to late all the good stuff is gone! I recommend going soon after they open at 11am.

My mom and I went here for the first time a couple of nights ago. We loved our frozen yogurt creations. We liked the different options for the yogurt and the toppings. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to the staff. Two ladies working were to busy chatting to each other then checking us out. The lady that did check us out seemed to have an attitude. We ate in and as soon as we sat down and there were no more customers the two ladies disappeared into the back. While we were there a family came in and it took one of the ladies a long time to come out of tge back to help the family and as soon as they left she went back into the back. We will be back but the customer service needs improvement

The staff at Menchie's did not have a welcoming attitude or were overall not very engaging with costumers. The staff were either in the back most of the time or talking to each other even though I'm trying to check out. Also one of the female staff basically refused to answer a simple question which was how much is it an ounce? And she said " just fill your cup up and I'll weight it". But that's not answering my question. I understand it's a new store but it only takes a minute to say " I'm sorry I'm not to sure let me check and confirm on what the price is with my manger". The store needs to work on cleaning and I mean like the outside tables had yogurt on them, the drip trays were dirty, and the spoons to get toppings either had yogurt on them or did and there were toppings stuck to the bottom.

There yogurt here is super good and thanks to Joshua I found my new favorite flavor!! 5 stars would recommend!!!!!!!!!!

I enjoy coming to this location due to the many selections of flavors and options, specially the cheesecake bites. I came in 20 minutes prior to closing. I simply asked the worker if he could grab some more bites since there wasn't any. He told me no, that they were closing soon. I even offered to wait or take my cup because I specifically came for the bites. Even then he refused to get me some cheesecakes stating well you did come in close to closing so it's your fault you came so late. I mean this is a place of business regardless of what time I come in or the many customers that came in after me, the product should be available. Then he turned around and asked me for a tip on the screen. Horrible service.

Absolutely amazing!!!!!! I definitely recommend this store!!! they were so nice and the fro yo was super delicious please go to this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
