The young man was very helpful. We were ship some frozen meat out and he made sure it was packaged well. Very courteous, great service.

First and last time I'll ever come here. I have been looking for a decent butcher for a little while now and should have left when I walked in. The roof inside is being held up by a hope and a prayer literally. The prices are so so but I went in there looking for pork belly. I've had pork belly before so I know what it tastes like. The guy hands mea huge slab of pork which is the size I needed and said "salt pork it's the exact same thing" so usually being able to trust a butcher I believed him. HUGE MISTAKE. WAY SALTIER THAN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN even considering they salted it themselves with regular table salt. I figured I could wash it off and all would be well. I'll call that one my fault for ignorance. They ignored EVERY customer that came in and made sure to over weigh every item that each customer purchased knowing full well the average person is not going to say "oh no put some back please". I asked for 2lbs of ox tail and he weighed 2.99lbs and said "its almost 3" by this time I was annoyed with the guy so I said that's fine. I will never return here again. The guy not as friendly as you'd want someone handling your food to be. A lot of the steaks didn't look exactly fresh as they were incredibly brown. Again I'll say it's my mistake for buying anything here. I won't make the same mistake twice.

I have only been here once BUT they have wonderful prices including individual meats or family packs. The market is small but clean. The service is fast and friendly.
