Marlene's Original Breakfast Sandwich

I am not sure how I never noticed this place, but as I always say "thank God for Yelp!"I took a break from the hospital to break my fast with a sandwich from Marlene's. She has carved out a nice space for her truck and decorated with with some character. She was really nice and had the type of personality you want to encounter in the morning to get you going. After a quick glance over the menu I decided on the fully loaded. I must've been a little tired because I didn't notice the onions when I read the description but boy were they a nice surprise! This sandwich was such a nice departure from the Dunkin and Starbucks alternatives. The price feels a little on the high side but it was so good, I'd pay it again.

im from jersey so trust me when i say that this is one of the best breakfast sandwich spots ive ever had. been here a couple of times, but ive really only gotten two of their 12 sandwiches. the uncle and the sunrise beef. both were amazing.the uncle is a fresh cracked fried egg, with their turkey sausage, muenster cheese, jalapeno crisps, and spinach artichoke spread on a cuban breakfast roll. its the perfect amount of hearty, savory, and filling sandwich!the sunrise beef was an over easy egg, 1/3 angus beef, cheese, tomatoes, grill onions, their zesty sauce on a cuban breakfast roll! bites of heaven!the people behind the register are super nice and super overwhelmed. there is usually a long line with long orders so sometimes you'll be waiting 15 min for your food but trust me, its worth it. its an outdoorsy spot so you get a decent view with your breakfast. make jokes about why did the chicken cross the road and literally see chickens crossing the road. great spot!

I stopped by today on my way to the airport, and their BEC on a croissant was delicious! We ordered and sat outside at their tables, it was a nice environment. I'll be going back soon!

Our family was looking for a place to eat one morning, and specifically we wanted some thing breakfast type food. We saw that this place had really good reviews on yelp so we took the advice and went.We'll get something different. They were all different types of breakfast sandwiches nothing was terrible, but nothing was spectacular either. It is a food truck, so I should've kept that in mind before I committed to this restaurant

This place is amazing! It's a permanent food truck off of Dale Mabry. The breakfast sandwiches are great...I had the Basic (egg, bacon, and cheese on a croissant) and a side of potato wedges. I would have preferred a cheese that's not American cheese but that's just my personal preference. Food came out quick and it wasn't too busy when we went around 9 am on a Saturday morning. There are some outdoor tables with sun shades if you want to eat there. We'll definitely be back again!

Wow absolutely loved the food. The bread could have been a little more toasted but that's just my preference so no points taken away. Flavor was there service was on point and the place is located In a great spot. Definitely would stop again.

Don't walk but RUN to this breakfast sandwich spot! The food was great and the service was polite. I've been waiting to go to this place for a while and I finally got a chance to go. The food was flavorful and the MOBS Zesty Sauce amazing. I literally put the MOBS sauce on everything including the MOBS Tots! Check out this small outdoor spot for a nice quick breakfast sandwich and coffee! You won't be disappointed.

Came on a weekend and it was very busy. Food was delicious but super greasy. Use to be much cheaper. I think it's overpriced now. There's a few tables to the side of the trunk you can sit at.

We stopped by Marlene's on the way out of town for our road trip. They offer some great breakfast sandwiches, so we had to check them out.This spot is essentially a permanent food truck. They offer a variety of breakfast sandwiches and coffee. They do have a seating area, but most of the food we saw them serve was to go.We walked up to the window and looked over their offerings. I decided to go with a fully loaded sandwich on a croissant rather than the standard Cuban bread. My buddy went with the Special.We grabbed a seat while we waited for our order. The food came up quickly and looked good. The fully loaded sandwich was tasty. It had egg, sausage, bacon, onion, cheese and a maple drizzle. My buddies Special looked amazing. It came with egg, sausage, Gouda, chives, cilantro, and spicy mayo. He was quite happy with his selection.Overall, it was a great stop for a breakfast sandwich. The food was good and service was fast. Wish we had one in St Pete.

First time coming here. I ordered The Uncle and it was good. The sandwich was big and filling. Only downside is that there's barely any parking and some people were double parked. I will be back to try the other options.
