Five stars purely because of the amount of food you get for the price. Insane. The 10" was not only long but thick and packed with meat. And it was only like $10. Can't beat the prices. Inside the market is nice and has a unique selection of Eastern European groceries. I forget what they're called but the puffed peanuts are really yummy. Also, the deli can accommodate customizations on sandwich orders as well.

This place offers European and Mediterranean style food. We love going here and pick up smoked meat, cabbage, and other varieties.

Market- AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING Selection of dry goods, produce, and fresh ingredients. Have not ordered any of the meats, but they look amazing and well price. The meat selection is out of this world. All their smoked sausages are made in-house and probably saw 10 different kinds. Even had whole smoked makerral and slabs of smoked bacon. Deli- Select your meat and your toppings and enjoy. I got a12in Pastrami and it had to have weighed 4lbs. Was as large as my forearm. And the flavor was out of this world. Service- Excellent, everyone super nice. Its clean, welcoming. Take credit cards. This is an absolute gem!!

I have been on a sandwich kick lately, so I decided to try a random spot a friend told me offered a solid sandwich, Marko's Meat & Deli. This spot is actually a eastern European market that offers all kinds of amazing treats. They have fresh produce, breads, all sorts of fresh and smoked meats, cheeses, pickled vegetables, and a large variety of eastern European goods. The sandwich I went with was called the house special which included 3-4 meats piled high with cheese and all the normal veggie fixings. It was a pretty hefty sandwich they handed over and I was surprised by the size given the cost, $7. The flavor was great and the bread was quite fresh and soft. I would have enjoyed a little sub sauce or dressing, but overall, it was a really tasty sandwich for a great price. It could have easily been 2 meals if I wasn't starving. I really enjoyed checking out the market and will definitely be back to check out some of the other unique eastern European items they offer.

The meats are fabulous. So are the fresh veggies. A great Greek based place, but I am not Greek and it's still great for me and our family!

Great place for ethnic food from the Balkans in Europe. I get my ćevapi, ajvar and kajmak there.

5 stars for the incredibly delicious meats and sandwiches-This butcher/deli/grocery store is amazing! They smoke their own meats and offer a large variety of cuts at really good prices (i.e.: NY Strip for $8.99lb). They also slice their own meat for their sandwiches and pile it on! I always get the house special which is incredibly delicious. The bread is super soft and there isn't a whole bunch of toppings to hide the flavor of the meat.

My other half is from Eastern Europe, so we always go to Markos to stock up on the specialty European grocery items we like to keep in our pantry. They have a great selection of specialty cheeses, mineral water, pashtet and pepper spread - all of our favorite things. Also have a great butcher and deli for fresh meat needs. And don't forget all the yummy chocolate treats! The prices are better than most of the import grocery stores in the area and we are never disappointed here. Would definitely recommend to those looking for European goodies.

I purchased a pound of homemade dried beef and asked for it to be sliced. The fact that they saw the beef had gone bad and still wrapped it and sold is insanely reckless. I did not not see it since it was paper wrapped until I got home.
