Love this spot! Their happy hour offers amazing deals on drinks and delicious food favorites! The cuisine is outstanding--authentic, flavorful, and served in generous portions that make it worth every penny! The drinks are just as impressive, with a well-curated selection of wines, cocktails, and spirits that perfectly complement the dishes.I'm a sucker for their charcuterie, pizzas, rigatoni, and the amazing spritzer cocktails! The vibes here are warm, bright, and inviting, with an ambiance that's both stylish and cozy--perfect for any occasion. The staff is fantastic--attentive, friendly, and always making sure you have the best experience. Whether you're here for happy hour, a casual dinner, or a special night out, this place never disappoints. Can't wait to return!

We ate here for lunch the day we checked in the breakfast the morning we checked out. The pizza was so good. I almost completely forgot to take a picture of it before we ate it all. The crust was really thin and nicely charred. There was not too much toppings on it. It was a bit pricey at $25 but enough for lunch for two people. Everything at this hotel is expensive. The bartender told us they are no longer doing happy hour. Our breakfast was really good. I can't remember what they called (eggs in purgatory) my meal but an Italian style shakshuka is a good description. It was not as spicy as normal shakshuka and had capers, black olives, and green herbs. I would not have eaten here without the $85 credit we had toward breakfast. It's expensive, but delicious. I can't remember the cost but I would guess close to $60 with tip.

This is a beautiful spot to stay in Tampa. I would definitely recommend it if you need an escape. The ambience is very relaxing and the food is delicious and cheap. I enjoyed the lighting in this place. Saturdays is the best time to come.

Thé Édition is a chill spot! If you're looking for day to relax with refreshing drinks poolside this is your spot. The service, I must say was average due to long wait times. The food/drinks were flavorful and refreshing. I would definitely go again for a girls night out or a date night.

A great place to get brunch if you like the instagram aesthetic! We went here for my sister's birthday. Everyone was so welcoming - from the host to the waiters and staff they made the experience elevated. It is pretty pricey but the servings were a lot. I got their salad which I highly recommended. They do validate for parking at valet and there is a fee for cutting cake.

Do come for Happy Hour M-F 3-5:30pm$8 Old Fashioned$5 Draft Beer$10 Wine by the glass$15 PizzasBe sure to ask for the bartender with tattoos and is bald. He makes bomb espresso martinis. The pizza was just ok. All of the toppings fall off the pizza the second you pick it up. Old Fashioned and espresso martinis is where it's at.

With the Market being inside to Edition, everything is beautiful and new, however when walking up, you realize that you are just in a "fancy" hotel bar area which was disappointing to my better half as he did not realize when he made reservations based on pictures and pricing. He actually immediately apologized and asked if I was okay with it or wanted to leave as we were there for a celebration and a hotel bar wouldn't be something we would book for something like that. As he rarely books our dinners himself, I smiled and said it was fine as the place was pretty and at such a late time, it would have been hard to fine another place to switch to. Reviewing the menu, it was on the smaller side I did find us an appetizer that we both would agree on and I was happy with the price. I ordered the Beef Carpaccio and when it came out, it looked lovey but then we realized there were no toast points and any type of bread to eat with it that normally accompanies the plate. Ben was not a fan of that as he normally always wants more than what they serve to begin with. I will say, you could tell the ingredients used were very fresh. For our entrees, I ordered the only steak option available which is a New York Strip, not normally my choice at a restaurant but again, it was the only steak option. It came with potatoes and a salad of some sort along with a mustard sauce severed on the side. Ben ordered the mushroom pizza since there was nothing in the entrees that stood out to him. When they came out, my plate was given to me without a streak knife so for about the first 5 minutes I was trying to cut it with the butter knife that was already on the table until the waitstaff was close enough for us to get their attention. As I was not working with something like a filet, this did not work too well as you can imagine. The potatoes were plain and the only thing that saved them was the dipping sauce, which I used sparingly. I generally do not like to rely on sauces. When trying the steak, gave it several bites before saying anything to Ben but the streak itself lacked any seasoning at all. I looked over the entire thing, but sides carefully and couldn't find any sprinkle of salt or pepper on it at all. Nor taste it. This was very odd as anyone knows that a quality piece of meat should only need salt and pepper and yet for $52 mine lacked any. I actually used the mustard sauce provided for the potatoes to dip the steak in a little as there was neither salt or pepper on our table either. I didn't feel like waiting around for another steak to be made for me if I said anything so we just let it be and actually enjoyed the $17 pizza more than anything. To me, this place felt like it is a place where people want to go to be seen by others walking by through their wall of windows vs a place to get an enjoyable meal.

We had a lot of issues during our visit for lunch. Although the staff was very friendly and helpful during our visit, there were a lot of other things that didn't meet our expectations. I was glad that the hostess did go find out what items on the menu were gluten-free bedore hand because it was not listed on the actual menu. I love the atmosphere and vibe of the Edition hotels, so this place looks gorgeous with lots of plants and lush decor. You can park on the street, valet, park mobile, or in the parking garage, which is cheapest next to Park Mobile. What we liked was that although the lunch menu is very small, at least they offered a gluten-free pizza.Outdoor seating is nice, but on the day we visited, it was raining, and all the seats were wet.The Market area is small, but nice and the bar is also very nice. The cocktail I had was sublime and the highlight of the lunch, but also pricey at 20$ (on the whole the drinks run this amount or higher at rhe restaurants here).Issues:In Florida humidity, their AC unit vent drips water from the condensation that collects from having the door open. Unfortunately, this water drips on the tables, on the floors, on the chairs and in the food and drinks. That is the experience we had. They didn't have a solution for that because the vent spans the entirety of that part of the building. So, it made for an awkward dining experience because we got seated at a small table for 2 and I had to hold my bag, make sure the vent water wasn't dripping in my cocktail, on my food, and my body. If it wasn't raining we would have just sat outside. Lastly, the pizzas took about 45 minutes to make and come out, and there were only 2 other people dining at the restaurant for lunch inside. The pizzas (as shown) were just kind of thrown on the pizza pan and did not look appetizing at all. My rating for the pizzas was a 2/5. Honestly, for what we got ( 2 10 inch pizzas and 1 cocktail), everything was overpriced. * The pizzas were about 25$ each. They weren't anything amazing if not disappointing. I have had better gluten-free pizzas in Tampa for less than 25$ for 10".What I can say is the pizza was free of gluten, I am extremely sensitive to gluten as I am a Celiac and I did not get sick. So, if you must dine in and you do want a gluten-free pizza and say you are working or on vacation and pressed for time, you can get a pizza here that is free of gluten, it will just be more expensive because it is at the hotel.

The Edition was a fantastic experience, especially during my 75 Hard challenge where I limited myself from drinking. However, during my visit here with friends, I indulged in an amazing cocktail made with fresh juice. It was a refreshing and delightful drink, and the bartender's skills truly shined. The ambiance of The Edition is top-notch, with a beautiful hotel setting that adds to the overall experience. The staff, including the bartender, were amazing and contributed to making my time there enjoyable.Whether you're looking for a relaxing drink with friends or simply want to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the hotel, The Edition is a great choice. I had a great time and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a memorable and enjoyable outing
