This a great Mexican restaurant. Don't listen to the negative nancy reviews below.I have been searching for a good Mexican restraunt and this is it.

No it's not Casa Tinas or VIP. What it is .... Located at the end corner of strip mall ohh Seminole Blvd. You might could drive by 100x and never notice it. But it is here, and has been for years. It unpretentious... Basic...small and old.. However, old does mean dirty. Actually quite clean. Here you have a working owner, he greets most customers coming in. His welcome is warm and genuine. It's a small space, with mostly comfy booths for a max of about 40 patrons. No damn televisions! Instead nice soft Mexican/ Latin music plays.... Relax now and enjoy your meal..Or 2-4-1 margaritas.My lunch of steak tacos, refried beans & rice is not going to win any awards.But was adequate and as expected. Nice portion size. Having read other reviews here for this place. Some of the reviewers have never ever been here. Yelp is full of malicious 1 star fake reviews. Unethical competitors and perhaps a few SEO experts lowering their rating and thus their ranking. Id of gone 4 plus... But I'm going with 5 to balance out the fake reviews and because they do try their best...if something is ever not right. The owner is usually here. He cares. Bring the matter to his attention. I bet he will reach resolution. Don't just be a Karen and bash his biz with your exaggerated diatribe. .

This is an amazing restaurant, food is amazing, margaritas are delicious. Portions are large, and who I assume are the owners are the friendliest people I have ever met!

Food was delicious, but they didn't have a lunch menu. Small portion of chips & salsa with no refill. Beans & rice were the best part. So yummy. The $1 add enchilada was good, but next time I'll ask for 5. They were tiny. A bit pricey for the portion size overall. Water tasted like old tap water and the ice cubes came out of a freezer tray. Guy that took our order was difficult to understand. We're asked for a copy of the receipt and was told we could take a picture of theirs.

Service was great! The soft tacos and fajitas were really good, as well as the queso! Would go again.

This place is terrible and it does not follow the posted open hours. They do not answer the phone either.

Really good Mexican food like I remember it in California. The chili relleno was delicious. This is definitely a no-frills place but I'll go back anytime. Hope it is successful, it is in a bad location, almost hidden in the corner.

I've been coming here for many years and think that this place is grossly underrated by some of the negative reviews. If you don't like it, just don't go back. This is a quaint, family owned restaurant that serves great food. Which is nice to go to once in a while instead of the pricey chain restaurants that rush you along so the next table can sit. The food is always fresh, the service is always friendly and it's at a great price. If it's too expensive for you, find a coupon for it in one of those "Americas Favorite Coupon Book". That being said, my go to meal is chicken chimichanga with white cheese sauce and a chicken enchilada. The strawberry margarita is delicious, I get it without the salt or sugar because it's not needed. Who cares if the ice comes from an ice tray, who ever complained about that in one of the previous post is being such a negative hater. I recommend giving it a try. They do have lunch specials. And they do have a happy hour. They are a mom and pops place, and they do speak English. If you don't have the patience then skip this place and get your Mexican food from Taco Bell down the street. If you do go, and you're pleasantly surprised, leave a nice review.

great parking lot lots of parking spaces. I would park my car overnight and leave it. food is amazing

this place is terrible. customer service was terrible and the owner tried to scam us when we wanted to leave after getting Queso and drinks and them being disgusting. the server then proceeded to get defensive and try to fight us when we argued the price knowing it was wrong. we used the piece of paper he wrote prices on and added it into the calculator and the math wasn't mathing. Over experience was scary and scam like do not recommend going.
