Not sure there is a better restaurant in Brooksville...The only negative here is they are not open for dinner.First, the staff is awesome. They work together as a team, often checking on each other's tables and filling drinks.Now, the food is insane. Excellent sandwiches, incredible soup, and their sides are good too. Give the Cuban a try with the spicy mustard (you're welcome)!

Nice place to stop for a Cuban. My main big complaint is the use of so many microwaves for heating things up. It may make things quicker and easier, but quality does suffer with this method. The cobbler was also, not a cobbler.

This is a small busy mostly sandwich diner in downtown Brooksville, Fl. The service was good and the servers were attentive and friendly. We had a pressed Cuban sandwich with a small cup of beans and rice, and roast beef sandwiches on ciabatta rolls with a cup of soup. The Cuban was pretty authentic and good for the price. The bread on the roast beef sandwiches was way too dry. The meats on all were sparingly applied, but at around $7.50 to $8.00 a piece, in this economy, we understood this. We ordered a peach cobbler to share for desert. It was unremarkable except for us noticing after we paid the bill, that we were charged a fee of $3 for the use of 3 spoons. No one advised of this and a search of the menu revealed no mention of a rental charge for spoons. This caused that little scoop of peach cobbler with a little whip cream and small amount of "ice cream" to cost almost $8. Definitely an eye opener!

Just doesn't get much better than this. Dropped in town for work didn't wrap up until 3:30 and the MSE closes at 4, so they say. I heard it was the best Reuben and it was mighty delicious, paired with the pasta salcouldn't have asked for a better "linner". It's a great atmosphere and you can tell the staff appreciate working together and enjoy their jobs from all the hugs and kisses(platonic fashion) they shared as some were leaving. Highly recommend any time of day except 4:01, because they close at 4!

Good sandwiches, tasty beans and rice; homey with attentive servers, and good desserts.

The food here was so delicious. I had a Rolling Acres Salad with fresh veggies and scoop of chicken salad. My friend had a chicken salad sandwich. We both had the orange creamsicle icebox pie-OMG we swooned over the flavor and texture.Next time the peanut butter pie. My only negative was the poor service. The place was filled but the staff was scurrying around and forgetting things. I will definately visit this again - the food was worth the wait.

What a pleasant surprise! Cozy dining room with happy decor , super friendly attentive staff. Excellent menu. Homemade delicious. I'm going to be a regular! Everything is delicious

Great Cuban sandwiches. Everything is made fresh to order so somethings may take a while but it's worth the wait.

The food was amazing! Our meals had good flavor, great portion size and priced accurately.The service and atmosphere were through the roof great. Right when we walked in we were greeted and sat right away. The they waited on us quickly and we got the food fast. One last thing. The staff were communicating non stop to each other. So the flow of the restaurant was amazing.If you are in brooksville or Spring Hill Florida this is a must eat restaurant!!!
