Maikel’s Kitchen

Maikel is Latin cuisine with hot deli, bakery, and order food. The dinning hall is big. It has the different pork shoulder on different display. It look delicious. We just got fried fish to take home. Good big piece of fish. Also very affordable. We also got empanadas. Good fried empanadas. Overall they are good for to go food. Price is affordable.

Amazing!!! I can't believe I've lived in Tampa area all these years and NEVER knew about this place!! Talk about true Cuban style food. Like getting a completa from your favorite place in south Florida but right here in the backyard of Tampa! Come get your grub on. Service is quick place is amazing and they have a bakery as well like come on now!

Love the variety of Spanish food here. Just gotta be here at the right time to make sure it's fresh. Don't skip the natural juices they are great! One combo platter can feed an adult and two kids. Trust me.

This place popped up on my map and I thought, "Why not try something different from fast food?" What a treat! The music, staff, display and cleanliness were impressive!

I had lunch yesterday, failed to take photos. Cafeteria style for lunch. Ropa Vieja, Pallomila, chicken, shrimp, fish... they serve it all. Lots of delicious food for a reasonable price.Breakfast is just as delicious...all the tasty Cuban morning treats. Hidden Gem

I wish I found this place sooner; what a gem here in Tampa. The amount of options and food choices . One serving of rice is plenty for two people. All kinds of rice, meats, soups, and seafood too. The sweets OH MY ! My go to for almost everyday you won't get bored because there's options to try everyday something different.

Tuve una experiencia horrible en este restaurante, habíamos recibido un pastel de tres leche de ellos y estaba estropeado y se negaron a dar un reembolso debido a su orgullo como empresa, ¡por favor, tenga cuidado!Had a horrible experience at this restaurant we had got a tres leche cake from them and it was spoiled and they refused to give a refund due to their pride as a company please watch out!!!!!!

If you don't speak Spanish, stay away from this place. I ordered a media Nocho, and it was horrible. The absolute worst one I've ever had since living in Tampa for 30 years. This place should take lessons off of Arco Iris and West Tampa sandwich shop on how to treat customers
