Lum's Farmers Market was my stop 3 on my strawberry pass.So far this has been my fave for many reasons. This is very dog and kid friendly. The details that they make inside and outside are really cool. I love the strawberry details and the shops inside as well as the picnic tables and a stand to order strawberry milk shakes and strawberry shortcakes. They also have a fridge freezer to order more strawberry goodies. They made up little stores inside to buy different goodies from earrings to kitchen stuff to honey, etc. Then go through another door and you go outside to a Western theme. Here you will find separate areas of animals that you can pet. You can buy feed and veggies to feed them outside.I got free feed with my strawberry pass. In the very back is where they have their strawberry fields. And in the front inside you can buy them. This is a very cool detailed fun eye catching farm with great animals. It's fun for the whole family.Love this new find to me for sure and will definitely be back.Everyone was super nice who I encountered!

It's a market with more than just strawberry fields and produce. They sell handmade soaps, custom made earrings, local honey, plants, and so much more. The petting farm was the highlight for me. It looks like something out of a western movie. It's decorated, but also very functional in sheltering the animals. I spent most of my time feeding the sweetest farm animals ever. They sell $3 bags of pellet feed that basically feeds a wide range of animals, and every single one that I had encountered during that Monday morning visit. All the animals were eating them up like treats. It was such a unique experience. I think they actually loved the attention more than the feed. It was also the first time I've ever met an emu up close. She had a great personality. I didn't realize that there was a large opening in the fence until she started pecking at my feed bag. It was startling, and funny at the same time. I love Chickee Bird! There are many other sweet animals that you can interact with. There were rabbits, pigs, goats, sheep, miniature donkeys, and chickens. They all deserve a shout out. There was even a buffalo, turkey, and a Longhorn Watusi cow with her calf. You may even see the peacock that roams through the market as you're eating your strawberry treats. It was quite impressive, and practically free. There's no admission for the petting zoo. I think I was there for an hour. I didn't want to leave. However, it was time to get some tasty treats. They have all the usual strawberry delights. I selected the Strawberry Paradise which is strawberry ice cream twirled with pineapple Dole Whip. It was delicious and refreshing. I really wanted to get the strawberry cookies that I saw on social media, but they were already sold out. I ended up getting the red velvet cookies which were so very good. They also sell hotdogs, pretzels, and boiled peanuts. But, don't get too full. There is also a permanent food truck in front of the market called Taqueria y Pupuseria Salvadoreña. The owner (Maria) sells her famous hot salsa at the market. Just something to think about when deciding on food options. The people working there are so awesome! They were so happy, friendly, and helpful. It's a family owned market located very close to SR60. Just make that northerly turn onto James L Redman Pkwy. It will be on your right as you head towards Downtown Plant City. I need to go back to try the strawberries, and the shortcake. They own the huge field behind the market, so you now it has to be good. It's just a great family fun day all around.

We absolutely love this place! It's so nice to have a place close to home that's super kid friendly and affordable! My 2 year old son loved the sand box area with the toy tractors and cars! The milkshakes are the best I've ever had in my entire life!

Stopped by chance and was so glad I did. They have fresh fruits and vegetables, a beautiful petting zoo and other natural products. It would be a great place to bring kids. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was beautiful and I highly recommend it.
