DAD AND SON BREAKFAST ADVENTURE!!!We were out for breakfast and wanted somewhere new.We found Lucille's in DT Winter Haven so we went to check em out.We were lucky and got one of those tables with the flame in it outside.From what I saw inside as we walked through it had a nice color palette and looked fresh.The outside is very nice as well!!!The service was great as well. Our waiter was very nice and personable.We ordered the potato skins for an app. They were good, but nothing special for the price!!!For our mains we chose two things and split them.We chose the Blackened chicken and Brie sandwich as well as the Chicken with Waffles.Let's start with the chicken with waffles and fried potatoes as a side. We both thought It was good, but very basic in flavor. The waffles were also thin Belgian waffles not thick and fluffy, like I like em.The potato home fries were YUMMY!!!The Blackened Chicken and Brie Sandwich was tasty. I really enjoyed it. My Son was a little put off by the cheese, but ended up liking it as well!!!We both liked the chips!!!AS ALWAYS TRY IT FOR YOURSELF!!!

Great food, great ambience! Cheeseburger and skirt steak both excellent. Pumpkin old fashioned was great! Good music and comfy seats.Julianna was our bartender and she was as amazing! Absolute delight!Skip the homemade ketchup (sugar in a cup) only miss!Great find in this small town.

I've been here several times, however, I wanted to give them a shout out today. We had around 40 people today for a ladies luncheon. We were all seated in a timely manner, the server had our drinks out and took our food orders right away. Our food was delivered quickly and we were all paying our tabs in under an hour. I was totally impressed with the service.I had a wonderful Gillian Farms Pear and Goat Cheese Salad with chicken and my mom had a half a sandwich and soup. It was delicious. Thanks for making our ladies luncheon a great one.

We liked this place so much that we had to visit a second time for lunch during our work visit to Winterhaven just to try something different. The menu is extensive and it would be hard pressed to not find something. I like that they have rotating specials as well. I enjoyed soup, sandwich, and a salad during my visit, and my coworkers seemed to enjoy tacos, burgers and whatever else they had. Staff are super friendly as well and accommodated a large party of 8 quite easily

What a quaint not so little cafe ! They absolutely helped revive my stomach with their chicken noodle soup when I was down and out from having too many Legoland fries. What an absolute gem of a place. Kalley was so sweet and helpful during our order when I was not feeling great. It was much appreciated. We took our food to go but it was all delicious.

I only had the Gillian Farms pear and goat cheese salad to go. My son brought it home so I never saw inside of this place. But I tell you what that has to be the best salad I've ever had. And it's huge! Well worth the price. I will definitely come back here to try more dishes and see what the inside looks like and how the service is. They have weekend menus and m-f menu's. Listen the food alone is a five star that salad was epic.

Food was fantastic service was also good. Olivia did a great job i would highly recommend the Mac and cheese it was cheesy and awesome. Cool spot very old school vibes and very popular it was packed. But worth it can't wait to come back.

Stopped in here today while passing through Winter Haven. Luciles is an American Diner by title but we were wowed once we walked in. The dining room was modern and tastefully decorated. They sport a full bar complete with cocktails, craft beer and a nice wine selection. I ordered a craft beer from Grove Roots Brewery which is right down the street. The beer was excellent. We then ordered our meal. I got the daily special with was mahi tacos. The tacos were tasty and the fries and house made ketchup was really good. My only complaint would be the soft taco shells were a little dried out like they had been under a heat lamp a little to long but I ate all of them and would certainly order them again. Our server was very attentive and personable. Overall a great experience and we will certainly be back.

I had the blueberry pancakes and they were very dry and my friends had chicken sandwiches also very plain the service was good but not enough to go back again
