LS Organics

LS Organics has long been one of my absolute favorite healthy food spots in all of Tampa bay. The items on this menu are truly healthy and taste amazing. If I stop in to get one meal I end up buying 3, along with one of their amazing smoothies or other functional beverages.The star of the show is their house made to go meals. They are refrigerated and ready to be microwaved, but I prefer to wrap my food in foils and bake on a low temp for 20 mins. The offering are unique, with my favorite probably being the teriyaki chicken meatballs. There are typically at least 10 mains meal options, with quite a few other snacks, sides, and light bite options. Their #1 smoothie is the rose smoothie. Not to sweet and packed with good for you ingredients, but it seems like all of their smoothies and coffees are in the "functional beverage" category where they provide some alternate nutrition. They also have ceremonial grade matcha and occasionally some small gifts along the wall. If you're needing a healthy pick me up, and don't want to go to a place that just "seems" healthy, this place has you covered.

LS Organics was recommended by a local friend. I stopped in to check it out after a workout. I tried the coffee chip smoothie. It was delish. The cold brew, homemade nut milk, banana, oats, and vegan nibs and chocolate protein blended together put the smooth in smoothie. What a combo! I really enjoyed the cold brew in the smoothie. The caffeine boost was nice.Also, I checked out the organic market to the right of the register. The prepped meals were the perfect sze. I grabbed a Chipotle Chicken Salad,Almond Joy Energy Bites, Southwest Spring Roll, and overnight oats. I enjoyed all of these over the course of the next two days. I ate the overnight oats the next morning. The almond butter and açaí gave it such a nice taste. I swirled my spoon inside after one bite and was pleasantly surprised by these two very distinct and yummy flavors in it. It was just enough and such a nice treat. All of my items were different from anything I normally eat and certainly delicious and nutritious with each bite. I will be back for more when I visit again!Finally, the service was great. Annastasia, the owner, was in the store. She explained their concepts and how they operate on a weekly basis. The store is quaint and clean. I really enjoyed my experience and the food I purchased.

I love finding a cute, welcoming, and nutritious place that aligns with what I look for! Organic, gluten free, dairy free, healthy options! Can't wait to come back!

Cute little place to get a coffee, smoothie or quick grab-and-go meal. The salad I had was ok, not enough dressing so it was a bit dry and it was way over priced ($13.99 for a tiny salad). They have a variety of meals but since they don't have a microwave to heat up the food for you, you can't really eat them there (unless it's a meal that is meant to be eaten cold). The smoothie I had was definitely tasty, it was chocolatey and also had cold brew, a nice complement to my tiny salad. The girls working the counter were very nice and helpful. There isn't much of a sitting area inside, only a couch and a chair, and a couple of small tables outside.

What a cute little shop! You could definitely get a cute Insta pic, with the white wall/cloth background and the huge front window for the natural light. Boom!After perusing the menu, the nice lady helped me choose the rose smoothie. It has a subtle floral taste to it, which was SO surprisingly yum! When she first said it had a bit of a flowery taste, I was skeptical and thought that it might be overwhelming. It was not. I would absolutely 100% order again, as it went down almost too easily. It's a gorgeous shops, with other yummy, healthy snacks/meals if you're looking for something extra light or a bit heavier.I'll definitely be back next time I'm around the South Tampa area.

My favorite small healthy spot for yummy goods. I love all the smoothies and the ready made grab and go meals. Owner is super sweet and explains all the goes into each item. Deff check this spot out!

The food is so healthy and fresh! I love it because it helps me have a balanced healthy full of protein and vegetables! Service is always great and the atmosphere is so cute!

I never leave LS Organics unsatisfied. First off, the service is consistently incredible no matter the day, time, or how busy they are. The food and drink options are second to none. Not only are the options unique, they are also delicious...many of the meals are great hot or cold! Just as important, you feel satisfied and not bloated or feeling fatigue. Instead you feel energized and clean. I also love the smoothies especially the coffee chip and neapolitan smoothie. Lastly, when I am feeling off the wellness shots are a game changer and truly help in my experiences. All in all, if you value delicious and clean food/drink; you need to try LS Organics. You will not be disappointed.
