Louis Pappas Fresh Greek

I really hope a manager or the store owner reads this review because everything about this restaurant is going down the tubes! We've been going to Louie Papa's for around ten years, and it used to be our go-to spot for quality food. Unfortunately, today's experience was the worst we've had, and it seems like the quality has been steadily declining. They forgot the chicken on my chopped salad, which wasn't surprising since order mistakes are common here. However, the biggest disappointment was how much everything has changed.They no longer have Greek fries, replacing them with undercooked potato wedges. The pita bread has changed to a thick, crispy version instead of the soft pita we loved. They also switched to dark meat chicken for the souvlaki and salads, which feels like a cost-cutting measure without lowering prices. Even my husband's mojo pork sandwich tasted different. After such a poor experience, we've decided we won't be wasting our money here ever again. I would not be surprised if this store closes down soon due to the poor customer service and lack of quality.

The salads here are great. The small is big enough for two people to share. It is my go to place for Greek salads. I love the potato salad that they use in the Greek saladsThe service is always very fast.

If you like fresh Greek then check this spot out! Lots of parking and seating options (inside & out) available. You order at the counter and they bring out your food once ready. We learned during our visit that Louis Pappas actually started the whole concept of potato salad under the Greek salad when he was in the army! The large chopped salad was HUGE! it can easily feed multiple people. All the ingredients were fresh and crispy. We also tried the trip of spreads and oh my god, the garlic feta was AMAZING! we liked that you could choose between grilled or fried pita chips to accompany. The Greek-a-dillas were tasty and packed with protein of your choice and a large size of fresh tzatziki. We were impressed with the mono sandwich. The pork was very tender and the mojo dip was quite tasty for a Greek spot. The side of potatoes were cooked to perfection and sat in a little bowl of herbs and juice. Overall, a great spot for fresh authentic food.

Ordered a gyro and greek roasted potatoes. Have been here in the past for good experience but not now. Gyro meat was so greasy the pita fell apart. The meat had been grilled on a flattop that was so dirty it left chunks of black grit on the meat. None of the clean crispy gyros I have received previously. Roasted potatoes...ha! Deep fried potato wedges with none of the nice greek seasoning like before. Counter staff was coughing and sneezing, very uncomfortable. It is unfortunate they have gone so far downhill!

The very best Greek salad! Everything is always fresh and I love how they chop the ingredients in the chopped salad. A small is enough for 2 to share.

Went in for lunch, had the chicken avgolemono soup, and the cafe salad with potato salad. Chicken soup was amazing and came with fresh bread. The salad was just okay and had a LOT of shredded iceberg lettuce. Dressing lacked some flavor. The potato salad is very good and with a generous portion. Would definitely come back for the soup, bread, and potato salad.

Great Greek food,really recommend the Mousaka ,very taste ,I order online when i got there everything was packed and it's a lot of good food for the price .

I ordered a Greek salad with gyro meat I got shredded lettuce Salad with oil and vinegar no flavor no meat and then you're establishment tried to charge for their mistake! Then the manager proceeded to make a comment within ear shot that they won't be doing that again well if your Cashier makes a mistake that is not the customers responsibility to cough up the money for your mistake! I also ordered the dolmathes were red in the meat and tasted funny so didn't finish and a gyro for my boy the tzatziki what simply sour cream. To say the least I was disappointed and a Greek at I didn't enjoy my meal.

Chicken was completely raw when delivered... We ate some before noticing. Huge health risk getting food from Louis Pappas.

We as a family have been ordering from louis pappas for a long time tonights order was way different they stoped doing the fish sandwich which was my favorite and stoped doing the potato chips fries both was a hit with my family I am disappointed in losing these two items. the regular fires was a small order adn seemed to be cooked earlier and not very tasty.
