Louie's Wine Bar

I used to love this place under the previous owners. The ambiance, wine, and exceptional customer service--often handled by just one person--made it a favorite spot for me and my friends.Last night, we decided to give it another try since the new owners took over. Unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. When we walked in, the place was packed, but we weren't greeted at all. Two men were behind the bar but didn't acknowledge us. After waiting about 10 minutes, someone finally came over and asked if we needed extra menus. We said no and told him we already knew what we wanted. He said, "Okay, I'll be back," but never returned.We didn't get water, an apology for the wait, or even acknowledgment as we left. The lack of service was shocking.Thankfully, we headed next door to an Italian restaurant, where we were welcomed immediately and received top-notch service.As much as I want to support local spots, I won't be coming back here. I'd rather make the trip to Tampa to visit wine bars that prioritize service. This one is officially off the list.

The ambiance is warm, cozy, great service, the charcuterie board and flat bread is DELICIOUS! A great place to unwind with your special people and have a glass or two of their delicious wines! Hidden gem in Lutz!

Came in on a Friday night. It was busy but the staff was amazing! The flatbread was delicious. Wines were reasonably priced.Ambiance much better than the previous wine bar in this location. Come check it out!
