Ms. Lena (at Lola's Xstreem Ice Cream) was the most friendliest, kindest, and welcoming! My sister, kiddos, and I were traveling through Winter Haven and decided to stop at Lola's Xstreem Ice Cream shop. Extremely thankful we did. Not only for the delicious ice cream we enjoyed but for the conversation and customer service we received from Ms. Lena. She is the sweetest soul with the biggest heart for people and for the love of ice cream. If you are near don't hesitate to stop in and visit with Ms. Lena, you will not regret it. Best part of our trip home, hands down! Thank you so much Ms. Lena for being you and serving us up some yummy Hershey ice cream! She even cared enough to fill up the cone with ice cream and not just place a scoop on top- meaning I got ice cream with every last bite of the cone!
