My husband and I have been to one other Loko Cuisine Eggs and Kegs event and don't get me wrong, it was REALLY good. But todays 10th Anniversary Eggs and Kegs Brunch event @7th Sun Brewery was off.the.charts. Literally EVERY menu item, and trust me, I had a generous helping of ALL OF THEM, was amazing!!!!!!! The Chorizo Biscuits & Gravy: Chorizo sausage gravy, sofrito, buttermilk biscuit was my first biscuits and gravy ever- and was absolutely mouth watering. If my plate hadn't been heaping with so much other deliciousness, I would have had seconds. The Tortilla de PatatasSpanish omelet, potatoes, caramelized onions, truffle ketchup: Oh.My.God. This was literally FLAWLESS. Tomato Cucumber Salad Pickled red onions, fresh herbs, mojo vinaigrette This salad was SO fresh. The tomatoes were insane!French Toast #99: Milk & CerealCinnamon maple cream cheese custard, barrel-aged stout tres leches sauce, Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal. There are kind of no words for this. Put it this way- I've been googling recipes for this since we left brunch. It's magic. Bright Land Coffee was slanging some killer cold brew and of course, 7th Sun served up some great beer, no surprise there. This entire experience was a culinary masterpiece. Well done, Loko, Brightland and 7th Sun!

If you are lucky enough to enjoy this cuisine, good for you! You are likely to find Loko at CCB for Kegs & Eggs or other packed events around Tampa. I was lucky enough to catch them today for Cinco de Mayo at Pour House in Channelside for an event. The food was awesome...SO MUCH FOOD. With so much flavor as well. Great people serving it up. I'm looking forward to tracking them down again.

Just had an amazing brunch at Cigar City Brewing with LOKO Cuisine. The do a monthly brunch and the food is always outstanding. This month, they did a collaboration with Ichicoro and did and Asian spin on oktoberfest type foods. Everything was incredibly flavorful and the menu was well thought out. Always enjoyable.

Loko Cuisine provided the food for the Inkwood Books Literary Dinner that I attended on 02.21.2015. I have heard nothing but good things about Loko Cuisine, so I was excited to try their food. The staff was very friendly and efficient. In such a limited space, they were able to refill the food quickly anytime the portions were running low through a tight crowd of people. The food was delicious! There were four courses in total which were prepared to represent four great novels:"Chicken in the Rye" - Organic free range smoked chicken spread, tarragon remoulade, rye toast, and a tomato caper relish. I loved the taste of this spread. I probably could have eaten all night if it weren't for the other three courses. "Memoirs of a Gyoza" - Spinach basil potstickers, mixed vegetables, bean vermicelli served with a sweet soy ginger sauce. These were very flavorful and there was a little kick to the soy ginger sauce."The Old Ham and the Sea" - New England Clam Chowder, potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, clam and cod cream broth, served with optional prosciutto gremolata crumbs. Because I am such a "soup whore" this was definitely my favorite course. I enjoyed it so much, I had three servings. And hello? Prosciutto bread crumbs? That's a definite no-brainer...YUM! "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil Salad" - Southern chopped salad with romaine, corn, sun-dried tomatoes, bleu cheese, praline pecans, served with a Vidalia onion peach vinaigrette. I loved the Southern take on this salad with the pralines and vinaigrette. It was delicious and I had several servings of the salad too.I wish Loko Cuisine had a storefront, but unfortunately, they do not. I will definitely keep on the lookout for their future events so I am able to taste more of their delicious food. You can find out more information on www.lokocuisine.com or on their Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/LOKOCuisine/timeline?ref=page_internal

Loko catered a literary dinner at Inkwood Books and all four courses were delicious! It's not fancy food, just wholesome deliciousness. We had a sweet chopped salad with corn, sun dried tomatoes prailines (sugared pecans) and onion peach vinaigrette; clam chowder with bacon topping; and a chicken spread (like fish spread). My fav was the pot stickers with a perfectly piquant sauce. Just a bit crispy. Rich and delicious. I got seconds of everything!!! :)

I had the best time ever at my first "Social" an Evening that any foodie would die to experience! It was held at Cork and Olive Wine Shop and Bar.. It was only $20 for beef brisket with stout demi-glaze, kick a** German potato salad, pierogies with sage sour cream, roasted red pepper beer cheese dip, and beer and wine tasting!! LOKO Cuisine events are held every other month in a different location, check out their website. GOT TO TRY IT!
