Great BBQ. 4.75 Stars! Brisket rub was super flavorful, pulled pork done to perfection and the ribs were tender and tasty. Bourbon bbq sauce tasted like bourbon and the spicy bbq sauce was just the right amount of heat. Collards were also cooked pretty well. Service was fast and the worker walked it to me where I was waiting.

I just ate the most delicious brisket sandwich ever. Added some sweet sauce to it. December 12, 2024.

This food truck came to my in-laws new subdivision that they recently moved to. Food was excellent. From the 3-meat dinner (ribs-smoked sausage-pulled pork) to the brisket combo- to the cuban sandwich, to the chicken sandwich... we had a group of 8 hungry folks who ordered... All enjoyed the entrees. Sides which were Mac & cheese( delicious) baked beans. ( quite flavorful) and cole slaw. These all turned out great! To be fair - Im from Chicago and we are spoiled with hurry up, get it there... Not have to wait service. The truck did arrive late at the destination. We did have to wait a little bit for orders..... that was slightly disappointing however I get that it's Florida and service everywhere is usually quite different than what I'm used to in the Midwest. Maybe they encountered traffic along the way. I understand and both guys that I saw working in the truck, did apologize for the fact that the food took a little longer than anticipated to come out. Fact is, everyone from Logan was very kind, apologetic about the delay, and bottom line. They put out a great product, at fairly reasonable prices... Which is well worth your total experience. Definitely patronize them.

Ordered pulled pork sandwich combo w/baked beans and potato salad. And 3 meats 1/2lb portionPulled pork was a bit dry, either over cooked or being held for too long. Unless you know you are going to run it out you should only break down enough to get you through service keeps the meat moist. Beans had a nice spice to them but a bit of molasses would have given them a nice caramelization as well as a nice contrast of sweet to heat. Would have liked a lager portion of brisket instead of 4 rib bones. Brisket was a small pile of shreds instead of sliced , overcooked no visible smoke ring. Ribs had the best flavor and execution of all the proteins I tried. I'm somewhat biased because I'm used to KC style BBQ growing up in KS. Portions could be a bit larger for the money. $7 for 8oz side of greens was a bit high and they were bland. Overall I'm sure they do good business around here and I know it's a hard gig so congratulations and keep up the good work . Thank you for dinner as well.

We live in FishHawk Ranch in Lithia, FL. We had movie night in the field at Starling on March 15th, 2024. It was a Friday and we didn't feel like cooking. Logan's Smokehouse truck came and saved the day! The menu was fantastic...BBQ, Cuban sandwiches, Pulled pork tacos with an Avacado drizzle. I mean, wow! This was the best food truck that my family and I have ever visited. The truck was so clean, it looked brand new. They said 10 minutes but it was ready in five minutes. Very friendly too. You will not be disappointed with this one. Enjoy!!
