This place is shallow, doesn't allow woman dressed in whatever they want, they have strict rules about what you can wear. Over priced drinks- undelivered service.

Lit is a bar and lounge that I have been to multiple times and enjoyed. The music is great, the vibes are there and drinks are strong. That is the 2 stars that they get. Now my issue isn't with the place itself but the customer service. For my birthday I thought Lit was the perfect place to celebrate by getting a table with 8 of my good friends. Everything was great and the night went smoothly. The problem lies when I checked my receipt later in the week and realized the deposit was never subtracted from the bill. I tried calling however they don't answer the phones. Ever. So I went to Instagram which I will admit was very fast communication. I confirmed that the deposit does indeed go towards the final bill and with that told them they did not do that. I received no apology just someone on the other end telling me they will speak to the boss. Then silence. For a week I had to keep asking for updates until FINALLY they decide to send the refund via cashapp(which I had to request). So in conclusion, Lit is fine to have a good time but if you were thinking about getting a table I would think twice or make sure you check your final bill if you're sober enough to do that.

I've been to many "cigar lounges" that claim to be "upscale", but this place is filled with Wannabe Millionaires who are so stuck up that they can't see the floor with their eyes. The servers act like they don't give a damn, their drinks are overpriced & watered down, & even the "club music" is ordinary & without nuance. And, the dress code is laughable & sexist. if you dress like a "hoe", you get in & get preferential treatment. Also, they seem racist, as a group of 4 African Americans who were there before my group of 3 came in, didn't even get served until well after we received & finished our 1st round of drinks. They seemed visibly frustrated at being ignored. Listen, Tampa has like 3 or 4 of the best cigar lounges in America. This pretends to be classy DUMP sure isn't one of them.

I went because I wanted to vibe and have a cigar, and drinks. There was no chairs to sit at bar. Actually there was but the bartender came and told us that they needed them and we couldn't sit on them. I payed $20 per person for sh*t on a Saturday. The shots were watered down and the bartenders were too busy making selfie videos. Very unprofessional.

Very nice atmosphere. I went on a Saturday night around 10PM and it was a small crowd. There wasn't any specific event going on (I don't believe). There was live music which was great! They had the fight playing and the drinks were on point! I was able to find a seat at the bar comfortably. It wasn't overcrowded at all. It's not a large space, but there are plenty VIP styles seating if you ever go that route. The was definitely a grown and sexy crowd. I had a great time. R&B vibes!

I've been to this establishment about 3-4 times already, and have much bad things to say! The drinks are top notch, the music is banging, and the armoahphere and overall ambiance is classy. No food is offered, but you're welcome to bring some. Theres a dress code after a certain time, but I dress to impress anyways! I always aim for their margaritas, or sangrias. You're able to mix and match margarita flavors, which is what sold me! The staff is super nice and and attentive, so were always sure to tip them well, as they always accommodate my friends and I accordingly!! I wish you were able to pick your own hookah flavors, but, nonetheless, it was just ok. I still recommend this establishment if you're looking for a classy, upscale weekend vibe!

Just as every other 1star review... There is zero consistency in their dress code and their customer service is hot garbage. They need a better owner/manager or even a consultant to train their staff, particularly their security. The first night I tried to visit, I was physically stopped and pushed back because I didn't have on "proper shoes." I had on brand new perforated leather vans, clean. I don't mind a dress code but the security should not have touched me. He needs to be re-trained or fired. This is a huge liability. I identify as a woman but I don't dress as a cis gendered identified heteronormative woman. They have dress codes for women but it's lax for the men. The second time I visited (a friend convinced me to give it another chance - I was let in this time) I see men inside with shorts, t shirts, baseball caps, dirtier sneakers than me, looking a bit of a hot mess. They are discriminating and imo their whole security staff needs to be trained properly. I wouldn't be surprised if someone sued (possibly a class action lawsuit) or a customer wanted some street "justice." Personally steering clear of this place. Side note, I was told the owner was made aware of my experience the first night I visited but zero outreach, zero apology, zero solution. As a woman owned business, not providing a safe space for all, especially womxn, I'm deeply disappointed.

Let's start with their ridiculous dress code. It's fine to endorse a dress code to be sure your getting a good clientele but to literally be more of a club scene with a door girl dressed like a stripper, club music playing and the place looks more like a bar then a sophisticated club just doesn't work. If you have older women dressed but not wearing high heels thats when a dress code doesn't work. I've been a member of the macanudo club in New York City and private cigar clubs in CT for years and NEVER saw anything like this place in the way they acted. They certainly aren't even close to the level of real cigar lounges. It's just ghetto meets cigars.
